Chicken Parm Sandwich Ingredients
5 thinly sliced chicken breasts
Dredge Station 1
100g AP flour
Dredge Station 2
1 egg
1 egg white
Dredge Station 3
160g italian seasoned breadcrumbs
16g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
5g salt
2g black pepper
Marinara Sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes
8g olive oil
7g fresh garlic
1g oregano
6g salt
Chicken Parm Build
Protein Potato Bun (Recipe here: ua-cam.com/video/6a29SjtBp9Q/v-deo.html) (or bun of choice)
Cooked chicken
40g marinara sauce
5g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Oil spray
You should put a list in the cookbook of what can be easily prepared together. Like you mentioned the chicken parmesan and pizza could be a list. So we can easily do meal prep with matching ingredients

I tried out this recipe. Sadly my cutlets didn’t get browned for some reason in the air fryer. But, I ended up reducing the sauce down. I found the flavor needed about 15 minutes of simmering to improve.
Made this with chicken thighs. Fire recipe!

hey nick love ur videos, been eating all ur muffin recipes since they release easily my favourite thing to eat had ur pizza last night ur food is just a staple in my life and what's great is I make a mossave loaf of them on my cheat days and then a different one for dessert and if I want say banna just switch the fruit put in a dash of cinnamon and were good even some chopped of pecans; anyway, would love it if u could make a cerial or granola recipe like almond fruit crunch cuz rn everything on my cheat days is larger portions of ur food for the entire day except for snack for cheat days I have massive massive bowls of cerial and that is the only I have left to make anabolic, I've tried making my own using some like vector frosted flake things and then putting the seeds and dried fruits cuz id some of those extra calories on cheat days but it still hasn't turned out perfect still great but not exactly almond fruit crunch.

Great video, But as a European viewer, I would like you to add Celsius next to the temperature you recommend. Also, Can we have a EU friendly recipe alternatives ? Some of the brands and bedding brands do not exist in Europe.
Hey! I will definitely try to remember to have the editor put the temps on screen both in F and C. Honestly with the recipe testing and research that already goes into my recipes I dont currently have the time to add another layer to the process, but I am sure there are similar products in the EU, just gotta hunt some of them out. For example, some people said they couldnt find dough conditioner, but they were able to find dough improver which is actually the same thing.

Sense I have your attention: I would like to say that I appreciate you and your videos. I use your channel as a tool to find new healthy recipes.
That protein muffin recipe you made ( I mixed in some aspects of both videos into my version of the recipe ) is what I usually make but I make some modifications like adding Date syrup as a sweetener and use my home made oat flour and mix some fresh lemon drops and pain some lemon peels into it.
Also, Does your book have the measurements in metric ?
Can we have another desert or sweet snack protein recipe please ?( cheap please )
I'm kinda exited on what else you can come up with.

( p.s the sugar swerve you use in some of your recipes is hella expensive in here, We are talking ball park of 10 euros and up for like 400 g, That's why I use maple syrup or Date syrup as a replacement as it is far cheaper )

I made this with chicken thighs in an oven at 425 F for about 15 minutes. You'll have to be more careful with timing if you're using chicken breast. Check after 8 minutes with a meat thermometer.

Niiiiiicccckkkkk why you get such teeny tiny air fryer??!! It was painful watching you have to cook 1.5lbs of chicken in 3 batches bro. The 13" ninja air fryer/convection toaster that flips up can easily cook 2 lbs at a time and takes up a lot less counter space when flipped. You should check it out.
I hear you. I definitely do. I was in between buying a big air fryer or a multi use machine. My kitchen cabinets are stuffed to the brim as it is and I wanted to start doing more slow cooker/pressure cooker recipes so I decided to go for the 14/1. Admittedly, I use the air fryer the most, but I really never have issue with the size unless it is a meal prep recipe. I also usually have this in my cabinet and isnt a main stay on my counter unless I am using it most days of the week. I should honestly make a review of it as I am coming up on a year of owning it. Lol

@@Exercise4CheatMeals yes sir when you fry a egg the whites always get crispier than the yolk i did see a video before. I believe it was Korean chicken style but they only use egg whites instead of the whole egg
