    You knead flour like my mother did, when she was done the bowl was so clean .That's how I was taught .

    Very nice but what I can't get is how high/ low of a flame do you have under the tawa because my roti doesn't stay soft. Can you show a video making it with the amount of heat

    Tanty when u flipped that roti it was heavy, sounded like a bake, but then it swelled up. Get on bad... I like mine very thin but I will try a thick one like this one.

    That's long time for roti my mother kneeds flour n 5 minutes swelling roti in tawa yes that lady hand good yes lol I'll definitely try this cause my mother one is only for her smh

      @@shamindiskitchen Wow. I cut my recipe in half and made 4. Unfortunately, it was not good, at all. I am losing hope in myself being a good cook with some things. I'm just not a natural.
