It's 3:00 AM and you just taught me how to find relief from a persistent ache I've had in my lower back for years. I can't remember a day in my adult life that I didn't think to myself, "God, I just wish I could pop it." I could never figure out how to do it, and, unless it popped naturally, I was always in discomfort. Every day forward that I am able to relieve that pain is owed to you.

Thanks! My pain was a 10 at briefly at some points where all I could think about was calling 911, but the pain dropped to a 9. Leaning on a counter pushing with my palms and almost lifting my body reduced the pain from an 8 to a 2 and I didn’t feel like dying. Then I’d stretch while watching Dr. Rowe’s vids. Now I posted a vid of me climbing a rock wall, I’m healed!!!! About 90%. I still struggle to do sit-ups because I’ll have shooting pain.

I was in extreme pain on again, off again for well over a year... 9th grade (winter of 2006) went to the doctor and he stretched it out until POP! POP! all the pain was almost completely relieved... had to pop it one or two more times after words myself to completely heal the pain.... thank god. It was a MIRACLE.

Hey doc, I’m Irene from Greece. I do the first adjustment on my back very often for the last 3 years I think. Lately i do it almost every night to relax my back. I have a relative tho who’s a doctor and she told me some years ago that cracking is not good for the spine, she said that what’s really happening is that the parts of the spine twist and slowly destroy the “pillow” between them. Also some years ago when I was at school some of my friends told me that cracking the fingers is also not good. I heard this so many times so my question is, Is that true? Should I do it less?
Thank you in advance! The video was awesome, Im starting to love this job.

no the "pillow" in your body also known as cartilage does not actually wear down, although if you crack your body too much it will start to wear off. You can crack any part of your body just do it in moderation; like only crack all your fingers once or twice a day (same with every other part of your body). If you are hypermobile try your best to not abuse the hypermobility too much because that can cause the cartilage to decrease and increase the chance to have a dislocated bone, so try to use hypermobility as only a party trick. If your fingers or other parts hurt after cracking your knuckles take a break and crack less.

Hey he didn’t tell you. But I wouldn’t do that every day. I would only try to stretch like that. But if it pops. It pops. But only go slow and try to stretch

I can't seem to get a lower back release and I know this is all I need. There has to be a position I am missing. We moved across country to find a new home and can't find a chiropractor that will do a simple adjustment without all the extra charges. I really need to do this on my own since it's a chronic thing with me while playing tennis or pickleball.

Yo! Ive had some tension on one of my lower sides. The lay-down twist stretch does wonders, but especially on my "healthy side", the one that's problematic feels like I always just pop 50% and the rest is just stuck there. I guess the next step is attending more real Chiro sessions? Or could I treat this myself just twisting around stretching for a few more years? your videos has done a lot of me, I respect you a lot, A lot!! Best wishes

Thanks for your video help. I'm 52 and just recently started feeling lower back pain And in my shoulders too.
Had x rays and Kat scans done , no fractures . Inflammation and some deterioration. Still the pain feels like a toothache. Can't seem to get much relief. At times , often, I can't make it 20 yards and im bent over in pain. I need help.. Help.....
The static nerve is being affected likewise the preaphormis too.
They are not the primary couse of the pain. My lower back feels stuck, no give . Left side.. thanks
