I wished I could get any of these to work properly. Heck I can’t even get relief from going to chiropractor around here. Everyone I’ve went to can’t ever get it to pop/adjust.
@@azeezrns I try every day and night. My wife even tries to get it to. Been to several chiropractors and none can get it to actually really pop and release the pressure.
It's 3:00 AM and you just taught me how to find relief from a persistent ache I've had in my lower back for years. I can't remember a day in my adult life that I didn't think to myself, "God, I just wish I could pop it." I could never figure out how to do it, and, unless it popped naturally, I was always in discomfort. Every day forward that I am able to relieve that pain is owed to you.
I suffer from back pain since quite a few years. Sometimes it’s pretty sensitive so I may get a sprain. This helped me ease the pain and importantly stand upright but of course it’s always important to examine the pathological reasons behind it! Take care everyone
DR. ROWE IS AWESOME!!! I took his advice on stretching when I had a horrible sciatica nerve pain when I could hardy walk last month. After a 5 weeks of stretching and slow movement I can do all the fun things which inspired me to post more on UA-cam. LIKE SUPPORT/ FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE...
That's really awesome to hear, I'm glad you're feeling better and getting back to the things you enjoy. Your channel looks great and I wish you much success in the future, thanks for watching!
Thanks! My pain was a 10 at briefly at some points where all I could think about was calling 911, but the pain dropped to a 9. Leaning on a counter pushing with my palms and almost lifting my body reduced the pain from an 8 to a 2 and I didn’t feel like dying. Then I’d stretch while watching Dr. Rowe’s vids. Now I posted a vid of me climbing a rock wall, I’m healed!!!! About 90%. I still struggle to do sit-ups because I’ll have shooting pain.
This is amazing. I have been feeling an uncomfortable pain at my lower to middle back for weeks and ive tried massaging it but only these two stretches helped and there's no more pain. Thank you so much
I've been playing sports for over 6 years and this helped so much man from all the physical contact hits I've been taking has put my back through to much pain this helped a lot thank you so much
I’m not even kidding, this exercise gave my lower back the pop it’s been screaming for for days. One tip I would add is that it didn’t work at first but when I tried it again with a deep exhale POP! Thanks
I didn't do the deadlift correctly during exercise, it caused me lower back pain so much. Since I watch bone setting all the time, I knew I would've wanted my back cracked before I came across this video. I did this stretching, 5 min after that my back was still uncomfortable and I walked very slowly, but 5 more min after that....gone!!! Lower back pain magically gone! Thank you! Subscribed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’ve been having the worst lower back pain after an accident at football- and I’ve only just turned 18! I already feel better😄
I was dealing with back pains for a week or 2 now due from heaving lifting at work and massages or icy hot packs would not do it but a couple stretches from this video by gawd in 2 day flat it slowly relived my back pain
I play golf and have had a knee replacement, which restricts my spine rotation. My back goes into spasm more than i like. Thanks to your videos, I'm usually able to give myself some needed relief. I told my Chiropractor that I won't need him for much longer. haha
When I was in 8th grade (fall 2005) I had a really badass lower back injury on my right side during football practice. I was in extreme pain on again, off again for well over a year... 9th grade (winter of 2006) went to the doctor and he stretched it out until POP! POP! all the pain was almost completely relieved... had to pop it one or two more times after words myself to completely heal the pain.... thank god. It was a MIRACLE.
Literally u don’t understand how much this helped me imma art student so i set down a lot in a weird position and my lower back really hurts me and I tried this and heard a pop 😩🤚🏻and relief 😩 literally thank you so much 😩🤚🏻
It really works. I strained my lower back while lifting and had pain whenever I extend from flexed position. After few repetitions of the stretch, I checked my pain by going from flexed posture to extension , no pain at all. Thanks doc
I usually do the first one and I get loud and good cracks and it feels so good because it releases all the tension and tightness built up in my lower back
that last one really helped my lower back, first there was nothing but after about 5 seconds or so it popped and it felt really good. i have been getting a stiff lower back every day, but now that i know this i can work on fixing it when needed. i already got a good office chair with lower bacn support but it still happens every day
I’m so young and I wanted to stop back and neck pain so I wanted to get back pain like make it stop so like I hate my back pain I’m younger than everyone watching but this kinda helped me.
I was doing deadlifts and the day after i felt tension idk if its muscles or spine. Then I started to feel itching/tickling pain in the lowest side of my pelvis and both my hips. Im gonna try this tonight.
Thank you man the first one worked or my left side but not my right and the second one worked on my right and Iv not been able to get it popped in forever and I always feel it like grinding kinds and know there’s a pop there and Finley got it
Hey he didn’t tell you. But I wouldn’t do that every day. I would only try to stretch like that. But if it pops. It pops. But only go slow and try to stretch
I can crack and pop just about every joint in my body, elbows, knees, finger toes, my nose, my jaw, etc. My back usually cracks also. But I tried this stretches today after having low back pain and didn't get a crack. It feels good to stretch and probably helped. Just not sure if it was supposed to crack. Hey doc, I’m Irene from Greece. I do the first adjustment on my back very often for the last 3 years I think. Lately i do it almost every night to relax my back. I have a relative tho who’s a doctor and she told me some years ago that cracking is not good for the spine, she said that what’s really happening is that the parts of the spine twist and slowly destroy the “pillow” between them. no the "pillow" in your body also known as cartilage does not actually wear down, although if you crack your body too much it will start to wear off. You can crack any part of your body just do it in moderation; like only crack all your fingers once or twice a day (same with every other part of your body). If you are hypermobile try your best to not abuse the hypermobility too much because that can cause the cartilage to decrease and increase the chance to have a dislocated bone, so try to use hypermobility as only a party trick. If your fingers or other parts hurt after cracking your knuckles take a break and crack less.
