_As a person who shouldn't *really comment*,_ I'll have to say (literally using the "I'll have to say..." in ALMOST. EVERY. DARN. COMMENT.), Here are a few so-called tips I made for a better result, I guess? Instead of "tracing" meticulously (sketch-lineart), you can use short, quick strokes. It's absolutely okay if you don't want to use this, but it can totally give a cleaner lineart. Try a stabilizer (if you haven't). It smooths out your strokes _iirc._ *I wouldn't go over the layers and folders since you may already know how to use them,* but here it is anyway: Use folders to organize colors and stuff, and whenever you color and shade, you can create a new layer and then put it below the lineart layer (if you're looking for a clean piece, duh). You can name layers and folders too! Also, regarding the "shading" stuff, under soft light, the light should be blurry. Intense light, on the other hand, is a sharp shade. And for *actual shading,* for a more appealing result you can turn back the color wheel for shading (eg. navy should be used on cyan) Rambling done.
