If this were possible, you would think with out a shadow of doubt that you knew and spoke all languages perfectly, but just spoke gibberish when trying. It’s like the difference between English in the UK and English in Texas, US, if every Texan started using a different alphabet. Unfortunately this analogy doesn’t work for the whole “differing phonetics” bit because English phonetics are practically nonexistent and letters just make whatever sound they feel like making at the time.
