I remember I ran into Jerma at the MGM Grand in Vegas. He was winning EVERY SINGLE hand of blackjack. I asked him what his secret was, and he gestured to me to get closer. He then pulled this satchel bag up and on to his lap. The ENTIRE bag was FILLED with bugs. He said, "This stuff'll keep your mind SHARP!" He immediately shoved a HUGE handful of the squirming slimy creatures into his face. Really weird guy.

implying this was a level you could reach in the first place? jerma and chat created and raised it instantly to its own tier of hypothetical gaslighting like 6x above the already existing top one
I find it amusing he never attempted to distinguish between a “healthy” and “handsome” doctor while defending himself.
Jerma being asked "what is wrong with you" and responding by defending himself from hypothetical bug-eating allegations that no one was talking about was already weird and funny, but then chat trying to convince him to eat bugs and getting him to create increasingly absurd strawman scenarios for where and when he would potentially eat a bug instead of just being like "wtf are you talking about" makes this stream an all-time classic
he never learns, he just always does this.

imagine hiring a guy to clean something and after about 5 seconds max of cleaning he just stops and is talking to himself for like 5 minutes before he continues
you've hired him for like an estimated 6 hour job and every 5 minutes he stops to talk to himself in that loop, that 5 minutes of work time gets shorter and shorter by a few seconds. we don't know who he's talking to but it's like someone's there.
I think if I hired Jerma to power wash my house he'd save all the bugs he washed off and eat them all similar to how he eats oreos

Here, I'll do it for you.
Jerma985 walks into the doctor's office, a little more nervous than usual. This is his first time with this doctor, since his previous one retired, and so he became even more nervous as he was forced to wait an abnormally long time compared to his old doctor. "I know they want you to think their time is valuable, but this is ridiculous!" He exclaimed, half jokingly as he was rather anxious simply sitting there in his chair. Almost immediately, however, the sound of rapid metallic whirring and tires rubbing against doctor's office floor slowly increased in volume. Jerma985 couldn't help but wonder what the noise was, but he soon realized it was coming from down the hall.
Curious, Jerma985 decides to peek out into the hall, to which he's met with a tall, six foot five man with blond hair flowing under his helmet as he bikes down the hallway. His hair wars against the draft as he decelerates near the door, sweat flying off of him with each and every movement. Jerma985 barely notes the ridiculousness of it all as he recognizes the name on his doctor's coat; Dr. Sergey Ivanov, his doctor for today. As soon as he comes to a stop, the kickstand on his massive mountain bike moves outwards with a loud _twang_ "Don't forget to wear a helmet." He spoke, his voice like silky smooth Russian butter as he took his helmet off and let his bright blonde hair flow onto his shoulders, exposing his well trimmed beard. "...young man." He spoke with a mild accent, enough so to be noticeable yet easily understood.
Jerma985 was a stuttering mess at this moment, especially as the doctor _picked him up in a princess carry_ and laid him on the cot inside the room. He couldn't help but look into the bright, blue eyes of the god that had held him with _a single arm_. Not one to waste any time, Dr. Ivanov took out a stethoscope, checking his pulse. "Hmm... it seems your heart rate is, rather rapid, Jeremy." He called him by name, which was what finally knocked him out of his stupor. "Ah, um, yes. I couldn't help but notice you, uh, rode in on a mountain bike and carried me onto the cot." The well-chiseled mass of muscle and eight years of college education gripped his chin in consideration, and said, "I suppose it can do that to a person..." before taking out a clipboard, putting on a comically small pair of glasses meant for reading.
"So, we're gonna have to look at your blood work..." He says as he reaches into his pocket before biting into something in his hands with a loud crunch. "Your BMI from the previous visit..." _crunch_ "...was a little high. Have you been eating very much lately?" Jerma985 raised his eyebrow at this, as he recognized what the sound was. "Are you eating... bugs?" He questioned the medical professional in an almost giddy tone of voice. "Indeed. Would you... like some?" Dr. Ivanov offered a cockroach the size of his palm, to which Jerma985 gave the tall Russian a look comparable to that a peasant would give towards a benevolent goddess offering a bountiful year's harvest after a decade of famine. Jeremy couldn't be more happy. "Yes... it would be my pleasure." And so, he bit into the cockroach with a meaty crunch.

I had a dream one time that Jerma was playing a fishing game and he was trying to make a whirlpool and he attempted it for like 40 minutes in complete silence while on stream. When he finally did do it, he laughed like a madman then quit to the menu and restarted the whole game over again.

I'll always recall that one time where I met Jerma in the grocery store. He looked a little lost in the deli aisle, and once I recognize him I excitedly say hello, to which he slowly turns around. Like, in my head I could almost hear the sound of concrete scraping against concrete. Once he finally is facing me, he asks me, simply, "Where's The Bug Aisle?"
I pause a moment, blinking twice with a simultaneously confused and elated expression, "The Bug Aisle? Ah, The Bug Aisle, you asked just the right person!" I immediately lead him to The Bug Aisle, two floor tile aisles away. You could hear it before you saw it; an entire aisle full of buckets containing bugs upon bugs. Writhing, crawling in their containers. Tap tapping their multitude of legs against their metal prisons. The meaty crunching and screeching of bugs attacking one another in defense of themselves within the claustrophobic containers emanating far beyond the aisle.
Suffice to say, he was as elated at the sight as I was to have the opportunity to guide him to the Holy Land of Bugs, otherwise known as The Bug Aisle. With a huge Cheshire grin, he immediately reached into one of the barrels labeled _'Free Samples!'_ in permanent marker and bit into a comedically large worm thicker than his fingers with a meaty squish. He chewed loudly for a moment, savoring it, sagely nodding in ponderance of the taste.
As he put his hand to his chin in contemplation, he finally concluded, "Thank you, Engie Boy 6000, this is a truly wonderful meal." He then reached into another barrel, from which he pulled a monstrously long millipede with long, hairy legs. It made a screeching noise unbefitting such an insect, one comparable to the vengeful throes of damned souls being sent down the wrong current in the River Styx. I salivated for a moment as neither of us said anything, before he proposed, "Halvsies?" I smiled, "Of course."
And so we each began biting into the creature as it gave us a short lived howl of pain, it's legs dancing upon our tongue. We began on either ends of the unbelievably long creature, chomping into it as though it were simply an abnormally long noodle to slurp up. Alas, it had an end, and as we each neared the middle, I-

5:00 I've played that game. It's one of those kingdom building games that takes forever to level up in, and the puzzle part is a side feature at best. It's more of a hyper-competitive PvP game where if you don't join an alliance and stay super active, you lose everything regularly
