  • In this shocking exposé, we uncover the tale of Dilsova Khatun, a woman whose dreams of parenthood have been cruelly dashed due to the greed and negligence of SBI Bank and SBI Life Insurance employees.
Dilsova was sold an insurance policy under the guise of a fixed deposit, a scheme that promised flexibility and convenience. However, the reality was far from what she was promised. Her hard-earned savings were instead invested in an insurance plan that not only locked her money away but also imposed hefty surrender charges.
This revelation came as a devastating blow to Dilsova and her husband, who were already grappling with infertility issues. Their hopes of undergoing IVF treatment, their last chance at conceiving, were now hanging by a thread.
Desperate to salvage their situation, Dilsova reached out to Insurance Angels, a UA-cam channel dedicated to helping victims of insurance mis-selling. With their guidance, she filed a complaint with the authorities, seeking the cancellation of the fraudulent policy and a full refund of her premiums.
But Dilsova's fight is far from over. SBI Bank and SBI Life Insurance have shown no remorse, refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Dilsova's story is a stark reminder of the rampant mis-selling practices that plague the insurance industry. It is a call to action for stricter regulations and consumer awareness to prevent such tragedies from happening again.
Join us in raising awareness about this injustice and demanding accountability from SBI Bank and SBI Life Insurance.

SBI life insurance agents and bank managers/ employees communicate with each other . Any consumer that has a balance in their account, the insurance agents start calling them for investments
I too got trapped in one such scam for 25 lakhs yearly for 5 years

Very very important thing here to understand -
In all such similar cases people only look at the employee but employees themselves are not the main culprit but the company itself. Top management forces its employees into such acts though not on paper but by creating pressure, through unrealistic targets, verbal abuses, threatening and all that can be imagined.
@nitinbalchandani there is no point in requesting the company to take any action when it was the company itself behind-the-scenes.

Somewhat correct... However, employees must be strong enough to reject unwarranted pressure while maintaining their principles and ethics. Senior management is the ultimate offender, but there is no use in blaming; at the very least, we may show them the truth and propose a fair resolution of the situation. The ultimate goal is to ensure that victims recoup their lost savings.

@@InsuranceAngels ideally it should be but practically not possible. This is ground reality. Esi stithi bana di jati hai ki yato khudka or apne parivar ka pet pallo ya dusre ko sambhal lo. Both simultaneously not possible. Well there are good employees and bad employees. Still helpless situation until and unless strong labour laws are enacted. Jab khudke gardan pe talwar ati hai tab insaan kisi or ka nahi soch sakta or yehi situation bana di jati hai corporates me. We need legal protection to stand against these then only ethics will be followed giving confidence of ones safety.
