They arent, its one room shared with someone, even if its not shared its still too small. If you are fine with even that, then, there are way too many restrictions regarding visiting time for family and friends. It all depend on the expenses dude, I worked in tier 3 city at 2.2LPA. We rented a room kind of a big bungalow there were 4 big rooms which we got at 6k and we had 5 people. We lived very close to office 6minutes walking so no transport cost. All the malls were in 10min walking so no expenses on transport and even if it is 7km or something we used to walk. We had a maid she took 2k, 2 times food for 5 people. Individual cost Rs 400 Yes we had almost no sabjis in our food bad that, we mostly used to cook rice and daal and sometimes some sabji of potato or cauliflower. Which costed us around 1000-2000 per month for 5 people so 200-500 per month for each person 😅 Individual office lunch sometimes costed around Rs500 per month. Restaurants in weekend costed around Rs 500 mostly ate junk food might keep it to Rs 1000 So in total 1200 + 400 + 200 + 500 + 500 = Rs 2800 per month
His flat rent is Rs 75k per month. It's very hard to get a 3 bhk at Rs 25000 nowadays. Normally it's around 45 to 50k per month for 3 bhk in good areas.

Good analysis, Ofcourse this might be good for a single person living in Bangalore, but if you have siblings and family that depends on you, there is no way you can even pay the education of your siblings, if yoy can hardly save 5K to 8k a month in 3LPA salary.
FYI. I am a 2023 Graduate, TCS 3Lpa so i know what it is like 😢
TCS ignite role?
Did u joined with 3lpa or not bro
9:52 - FINALLY (all)
once in a while you will travel home by
Train up nd down it may come to 4K if you're travelling in A/C
Flight can come to 6-7K
suppose if you fall in Love*
you will be spending somewhere 1k per week so 4 weeks = 4K ( extra)
suppose if your family members come to visit you - for 2 people you have to put them in a good hotel and takethem on sight seeing will approximately come to 20 - 25 K for a year divided per month comes to = 2K ( once a year they may come)
39,600 is your expenses which you have mentioned - without savings
Savings = 3k in Post office RD / 2k in 11 Months Gold chit / 5K with Mutual funds -
so as a fresher in IT with 6 Lakhs per annum this will suffice.
when you get Married and making a house in Bangalore and if your wife is not working -
main expenses will be:
Food
Medicine
Travel
School fees*
School fees as of 2024 starts some where between 25k with a Public School to 5.00 Lacs in a Private or International school per Annum.
at 45* Most Techies have some type of Ailment in their Body - that you have to take care.
1:24 Bro 25,000 rent is cheap for 3 BHK. Here in Gurgaon, its around 40,000 for UNFURNISHED!
Per person i think.. 75000 for 3bhk
25k per person
@sundershyam250 75 thousand per bnda are you ok ?
@@gaurabbiswas7235 im just explaining..
Its per person 25k.. For total 3bhk flat its 75k..
Personally i dont spend much.. We stay in own house in hyd..
We gave small 1bhk rent to IT guys for 10000..
And long ago when i stayed in pune, i spend 4000 when i was single and 6500 after marriage
@@sundershyam250 ok brother got it 😊
I have survived in 1.8 lpa in bangalore during my initial professional career.
my salary is 15k here in Chhattisgarh my expenses is 25-30k. My cook takes 3k per month for one time cooking only. My extra income comes from my side hustle.
Having 2 apartments 2 sites in banaglore
I thank my dad he did
Bro as A kannadiga i agree with
The problem is the typical mindset that people have towards IT people
I stay near my office and PG costs for double sharing is 12K and my monthly expense is around - 20-25K
Great insights!!
Also, I couldn't help but notice that by living a relatively simple lifestyle, you must be saving a decent amount of money even after living in a prime location of one of the most expensive cities in the world!
Araam se early retirement le lena bhaiya 😁😅
Everyone shifting to banglore should ask for accomodation from company. Agar sab mangege toh ya toh company accomodation degi ya work from home support karegi ya banglore chodegi.
Apart from rent , you need to spend 25-30k to live a normal life in Bangalore. What is the use of degrading your quality of life and coming to a far away place to earn.
Absolutely right ...
Life, in any part of the world, if not generating wealth, it is like sailing without a shore. That means, there is no retirement.
so glad i stay in Bengaluru with my parents lol
i can practically stay here for zero Rs
So you don't need to use lol to justify your position!
Yeah same here lmao 😀 native bangaloeans report 👊
Don't think you will stay with your parents for long. One or other day you will be alone and managing everything on your own. 😂
It's all companies policy, if they want they can switch your location as well
@@prajju8114 nope employment contract is respect to location , if they want me to Swift they will have to change the contract ,so i always have the option to say no , and if the company is shitty then they will fire me that's it

Bhaiya:- idhar jehar khane ke paise nahi hai😂
Frankly speaking serving as a govt school teacher is far better than doing it job at bengalore
In my village we have a physics teacher who works in the village school and fortunately his family also leaves there
He passed his 12th at age of 17 did his graduation and post graduation and aged 24 after that did his bed for 2 yrs aged 26 and then gave ssc and passed in 2nd attempt at 28 and that yr itself he married and now he has 2 children lives with his parents and earn basic of about 50k plus other total of about 64k and has infinite holidays and vacations also has a batch of about nearly 200 students combined class 11 and 12
What else do u need this sums up his salary around 1lpm
I think you can conserve your money here and there if you move out of your comfort zone but if your investing your time into productive things then these would be worth it. To maitain and upgrade your standard is also kind of encouragement.
I stay in jigani my monthly rent is 4k ..even food and everything is covered in it 😅
Bhai details Dena jara, main b'lore anewala hun.
Bhai contact no dena apna, I will be joining nxt month . Need help. Same place jigani
So technically if you have a family with two school going children and non- working wife, average monthly expenses can be as high as 1 lakh per month which is very very expensive.
Yes 1 lakh will be the expenses. You need a salary of atleast 1.5 lakhs post tax.
IT companies should move to tier 2 and tier 3 cities
Truee
unka kya fayda? it will be difficult because tier 2 and tier 3 me itna acha infrastructure nahi hai
@@groverashneer yeah that's the thing
There are many IT companies in city Bhubaneswar.....It is a tier 2 city
@@078-rudranarayankar9 yes but tier 2 cities doesn't have enough it companies when you compare it with tier 1 so I am saying that companies should focus on establishing their office's to tier 2 and tier 3 cities, this will help both companies and it's employees because tier 1 cities are now overvalued and cost of living in these cities are very high,
A bachelor can ideally live with anywhere Rs 15000 to Rs 30000 per month in most cases except if they travel a lot and/or have a lot of EMIs or some persistent health issue
Otherwise for covering all the major personal needs and wants let's using Rs 35,000 is towards the upper range
Realistically you'd need a mimimum of 50 to 60k for living comfortably in banglore. Anything less than that, you should not come to banglore
Kolkata mein to halat itna kharab hai ki 3 lpa ko ek accha starting salary consider kiya jata hai 🙃
For living in Bangalore u need 24 LPA .
Excellent explanation brother

Only one room
This is a northie guy don't believe him blindly it depends on Area,Job,PG or rooms and many other things. To be frank If you get 18 K you can easily save around 9K
I live in Bangalore in 2 sharing pg costs here Rs6500+1000maintenance one time +1000deposit one time which is refundable when you vacat with eating in company cafeteria with Rs5000 = total expenses = Rs11500 every month , if you live alone but if married and staying with family than it costs thrice or fourth also costs Rs50000 expenses with family staying in flats, so minimum requirement is Rs60000 every month than you stay happy in Bangalore otherwise not.
Do u knw any good pgs around jp nagar area?
Bhai Lagjayenge Lagjayenge....Sach mein lagjayenge.
Fun fact.. peoples still live in banglore with less then 20k salary and they are happy

I just want to say that everyone's life is different and their living perspective
This is a True Fact. There is a colleague of mine who comes from a place called Anadapura, Ittina Neela Apartments where still 2 Bhk apartments are there within 7000-12000. I was really shocked. I stay at HSR in a 1 bhk flat paying 19000
What are your monthly expenses in Bangalore?
You forgot adding these,
Yearly flight cost divided by 12
Yearly festival cost divided by 12
Yearly medical expenses, INCLUDING doctors divided by 12
How much send to parents divided by 12
These eventually one has has to pay from overall salary itself, hence divided by 12

Where do we get 2 bhk at 10k?
Where?
3 lpa mai tum tier 3 city mai aaj survive nhi kr skte tier 1 mai bhul jao
It all depend on the expenses dude, I worked in tier 3 city at 2.2LPA.
We rented a room kind of a big bungalow there were 4 big rooms which we got at 6k and we had 5 people.
We lived very close to office 6minutes walking so no transport cost.
All the malls were in 10min walking so no expenses on transport and even if it is 7km or something we used to walk.
We had a maid she took 2k, 2 times food for 5 people. Individual cost Rs 400
Yes we had almost no sabjis in our food bad that, we mostly used to cook rice and daal and sometimes some sabji of potato or cauliflower. Which costed us around 1000-2000 per month for 5 people so 200-500 per month for each person 😅
Individual office lunch sometimes costed around Rs500 per month.
Restaurants in weekend costed around Rs 500 mostly ate junk food might keep it to Rs 1000
So in total
1200 + 400 + 200 + 500 + 500 = Rs
2800 per month
Apne ghar pe job ka 50k more than 1lakh p/m in other states job aur other state me stranger ki tarah rho aur apne state me raja ki tarah rho....😊😊
You forgot to divide rent with 3 people but some other expenses you divided
