These stretches are great throughout the day, after weighttraining, walking, etc., mid afternoon break, etc., Personally, my shoulder had been really bothering me, sitting at a desk too much or in a car, " mouse shoulder" , neglected the shoulder girdle, Tylenol not helping, ... the shoulder back routine cleared it up dramatically. Up to me to stick with it.

My once great posture has deteriorated, and a lot more aches and pains - i've been getting back into yoga these past couple years via follow along youtube videos (I live in an extremely rural area) - I've been doing physical labor all my life, and have a little landscaping / handyman / construction business, but i just started a full time job as a groundskeeper at a complex of 9 buildings. Lots of commuting, lots of arduous physical/ mental / emotional work, and very little free time. this week is a month at my new job, and I've been following along with these 1o and 15 minute routines of yours at least that long 2-3+ times a week. a total game changer! I'm feeling great even after 1o and 15 minute practices honestly. thank you! Namaste! :)
Great exercises. I definitely feel energized. I found myself wishing I had 10 to 15 seconds to shake out my muscles and transition to the next exercise
I enjoyed this session. It had a few difficult poses that really challenged me. I also liked that Dean struggled with a couple of the poses because it showed me it doesn't matter how long you may have been doing yoga, it's about practicing & being consistent. Thanks again.

Great video, i love your explanations on poses. I’ve been doing yoga for a couple years and watched numerous instructors, you’ve taught me more than they did on poses I’ve been doing for years!
I know this is from a year ago but I have been doing it daily for about three weeks now. The final balance pose I am still needing to hold onto a chair back. Standing and balancing on the yoga mat is hard but its getting better, still nowhere near the pose but working my way. I am 57 and I have lipodystrophy which is really hard belly fat from HIV meds and I know that affects balance and flexibility only in terms of bending forward. But I prefer to master the poses before I go looking for something else. This is the second, I began with another series on a 10 minute and needed to move beyond that. I feel like I'll be fumbling through this for awhile.

I've been to different yoga classes during my life but I dropped immediately after. Not only the teacher and the classmates were women but also the poses, the movements, the colors, the way of talking were feminine and I didn't feel at ease. I really enjoy your practical and plain way of teaching
