    Thank you so much Dr. Valerie for pointing out these myths on peripheral neuropathy, but even more for correcting them. I always knew that once damaged nerves do not heal let alone regenerate.
    Thank you again.

    I have been suffering with nerve pain for several years, I always thought there was a cause, but haven’t got a doctor to help me figure it out. I have been taking lyrica for several years for the relief of my pain. But now it’s not working very well any more.I one day decided to take a multivitamin, thinking it would help with my pain. And it did for while. I took it for a while and I felt better. But eventually it quit working. I started to investigate and learned about your supplement to see if will help my pain. How do I get my doctor to help me figure out my problem. Thankyou Debbie Colton

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Debbie. It's terrible that you've had to endure this for so long. So, you're asking how you can get your doctor to help you figure out your problem. That's like asking..."How can I get my podiatrist to fix my heart murmur?" Here's what I mean by that. Even though they're both doctors, they are not trained in the same areas. The reality is that less than 1% of the doctors in the U.S. Know how to reverse PN, let alone accurately diagnose the cause. If your PN hasn't been caused by diabetes or chemotherapy, most doctors will label it/diagnose it as idopathic...meaning of unknown origin. This is what we call the 'Lazy Doctors' diagnosis. It's much easier to slap on this label then spending the time to investigate the cause. When Dr. Coppola or I meet with a patient for the first time, we spend 45-60 minutes with them (one-on-one) to go through not only their medical history but their lifestyle as well. This invariably reveals the cause about 98% of the time. So, what you need to do, instead of trying to hammer a square peg into a round hole, is find a doctor that specializes in treating and reversing peripheral neuropathy, successfully. This doctor will be skilled in helping you identify the cause. Also, I'd like you to become a little better informed on many of the causes. Watch my video: "Got Neuropathy but Not Diabetic?" It will shed light. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/icLExUF-tyo/v-deo.html
      Blessings!

    I have been on Amlodipine for well over 10 yrs. I have sciatica in my R leg, mainly the thigh as a very nasty ache, Not sure if I'm diabetic, I have been told I have polycythemia and A Fib.
    My toes and top of my feet are numb. Now my hands are all pin and needles, mainly my left. I am 68 and pray to God this can be undone.
    I would like to buy you vitamin support but I'm in Australia and the freight and conversion make it our of my reach. I don't know where to start.

    I was prescribed Lyrica then Gabapentin for idiopathic peripheral neuropathy and it made things so much worse. Three weeks into these drugs, I had severe burning pain in my legs and feet, electric shocks throughout my body. Thought I was gonna die. My doctor then suggested a 3rd option ( you can probably guess what it was...) and I declined. Still being told my case is idiopathic, but I suspect it came from either years of taking migraine meds (triptans) and/or the series of COVID vaccines I had over the past few years. (Suspiciously, I suddenly developed Raynauds after taking the bivalent booster). I am now taking various supplements (Magnesium glycinate, B complex, R- Alpha Lipoic Acid (only 300 mg though... it seems to be all I can tolerate at this time) and just added Acetyl L Carnitine (but only half dose- it gives me headaches and makes me dizzy if I take full dosage). It has been a few months, and I am starting to see some progress. Progress only became apparent when I took the extra step of eliminating all caffeine (not that I was consuming much in the first place) and also taking most of the added sugar out of my diet. You have to keep exercising- get 30 min. of cardio/day- get outside. It is a complex fix and slow progress can be discouraging. Don't give up.

    Have you ever heard that trauma, is part of this our emotions? Thank you in advance for answering this question.

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  2 роки тому +2

      Hi Carol. Wow...I could do a 3-part video series on how emotional trauma can impede our ability to heal. So, to answer your question, which is actually a very complex one, emotional trauma can cause or worsen this condition. Typically it is a physical trauma or assault to the body, but an emotional trauma can definitely set the stage. Also, emotional traumas that are not healed can prevent physical healing within the body, as well. Blessings.

    You should revise your information regarding the possibility of healing in the spinal cord and brain. As a spinal cord injury victim it’s just as disheartening to hear people repeating the same defeatist statements when the latest research shows different.

    • @TallDiana
      @TallDiana 6 місяців тому

      I think it’s still accepted that severed cords don’t regenerate. Damaged spinal cords can. Mine did, to some degree, after being crushed and torn during “routine surgery”. But I had an incomplete injury. Spinal shock also tends to get better over time, so many people with cords that are still intact to a large degree can have a good deal of improvement after an incomplete spinal cord injury (and probably a lot of physical and occupational therapy/rehab, and possibly psychological or Psychiatric help, too.)

Am I fighting a losing battle by using Neuphoria cm as it originally happened by spine injury or does peripheral neuropathy after spine surgery can be healed. I refuse to take the drugs you mentioned. I am now nearly 5 months on your Nerve supplements. Some days is good and other days are hel. Should I just continue patiently. I know it can take a long time to heal. I just need to know that after a spine injury nerves can still heal. Rina from the Netherlands

    Hoping your Nuphoria Gold product will help with my peripheral neuropathy centered on my right ankle, radiating out almost to calf area. I took quite a bit of Levaquin for BPH over a few years period but that has been about 10 years ago. My pain is aggravated by issues with L4 and L5 area in lower back but surgery is not recommended. Nerve tests show nerves are functioning properly but obviously must be something going on or would not have the burning, tingling, etc pain. Currently on Gabapentin 400mg three times a day to mask the pain. This has been a problem for about 3 years now. Ordered today and got my fingers crossed that Nuphoria will help. Any suggestions re the gabapentin ?

    Hello from the UK. This information is outstanding and changing my life, so thank you so much. I’m sorry , but I’m a little confused. Mine is a long story so I won’t bore you…In a nutshell I had problems with L4/L5 disc. Surgery to remove part of the disc - 3 days after surgery it re-herniated and compressing the L4 Nerve. I was coping until I had L4 nerve root block injecting WOW I felt suicidal. The injection caused a new sensation, tingling non stop in my back, hip, bum leg and foot 😔 will all this you’re suggesting work for me ?? I don’t get any help just more and more of the usual medication 💊 🙏 I’ve started on everything you’ve suggested (think I’ve watched all your videos) 😄 thank you

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  3 місяці тому

      Hi there. Dang! I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I don't know what type of access you have in the UK, so let me explain the best way a situation like yours should be handled here in the U.S. If your L4-L5 has not been surgically fused, you can benefit immensely from a treatment called Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression. This treatment is extremely effective with alleviating herniated discal pressure from the nerve root(s). Now, if the herniation has been corrected or surgically removed, then it sounds like you may have suffered traumatic injury to the nerve root, either due to the herniation or the injection or both. In this case, you can use a good quality nerve support formula, like the one we make (and we do ship internationally) along with using Photobiomodulation (PBM). We did videos on these issues so if by chance you missed them, I'll include the links...just in case.

    I took 600 mg / day of alpha lipoic acid b12 2500 mcg for more than 1 month for numbness and numbness but lately I often feel hungry and feel shortness of breath and discomfort in the stomach, -Should I continue the dose or reduce it? -Is it safe for the kidneys if you drink it long term? please help, thank you.

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  Рік тому +2

      Hi Esterlina. First, make sure you're taking R-ALA and not ALA. If you haven't seen my video the Alpha Lipoic Acid Scam, I highly recommend you watch it. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/8_rg_VbDoRQ/v-deo.html. The doses for both supplements are safe and won't hurt your kidneys. You should always split those doses in half and take them twice per day to equal the full amount you indicated. Now, if you're getting some stomach discomfort, it could be due to the ALA. For those with sensitive stomachs and can create some upset. Shortness of breath is not a side effect that occurs from either supplement. Just make sure you're not developing an allergic reaction, which would be apparent with a rash. If there's no rash, I would go to your PCP to have the shortness of breath evaluated.
      Here's what I always recommend for my patients. First, don't take ALA on an empty stomach. Always take it with food. Next, stop the ALA until your stomach heals. Once it feels normal again, then reduce your dose of ALA to only 300 mg for about 1 month. After that, you can bring it back up to the full dose. Blessings.

    Please could you tell me if the symptoms like numbness, burning sensation, pins and needles etc. in the thigh can respond positively to the treatment too? You often talk of feet, arms and hands but not often of the thigh. Is there hope for that limb too? It's been a month now that i have been increasingly feeling that pain, with sometimes excruciating pain when i am standing now even during nightime sleep meaning that this "disease" is worsening quite fastly. Do you ship Nuphoria to France? Thank you for your kind reply.

      Hi, again. You can take other medications with R-ALA, Benfotiamine (or our nerve support formula), and vitamin D, safely. However, I'd like to educate you on finding more natural alternatives to medications, including antibiotics. For instance, if you're trying to battle the flu, a cold virus, bronchitis, or pneumonia Olive leaf extract, quercetin, and oregano oil are extremely effective. To combat pain taking a supplement with turmeric and Boswellia work wonders. To battle a fever, hi doses of calcium work to naturally bring the fever down. You can work with a naturopathic doctor or a functional medicine doctor that can guide you on this. Blessings.

      Good question - watch this video and it will give you a good understanding of the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. ua-cam.com/video/opvpUdXZd14/v-deo.html - Ultimately the best way to know for sure is to visit your doctor so they can run some test on you. They will often run some blood work and or nerve test that go by the abbreviation NCV and EMG.

      Hi Don. Unfortunately, we currently live in a world driven by greed, but allow me to give you some insight into your doc's role. The largest villain here is Big Pharma, not your doc. Doctors are no more than pawns in the grand scheme created by Big Pharma. The deck is stacked. They come out of Med School brain washed that the only cures can be accomplished by drugs. This is because Big Pharma has great control over med-school curriculum so early med students are fed this information, repeatedly during their training. It's like taking an infant and allowing them to be raised by someone who's racist, for example, and then we're shocked when the child grows up into a racist adult. This is just an example. Most doctors truly do care about their patients. They just don't know how to help them if it doesn't involve medication. Hope this helps. Blessings.
