The most concise and orderly tutorial I have ever seen. I can clearly visualise the entire process now instead of just doing it. This will definitely help with execution and hopefully consistency. Really well done!
i always come back to watch this video and it seems every time i watch it i realize more and more what he is talking about. it makes more sense every single time.
I see Chris Hemsworth does vacation in your area😆😆. Thanks for posting Iain. Ive been trying to land an ARS for some time. Ill apply your steps on my next session.
Yay! I really needed the proper stance to do. thank you very much! I really like it when you post these videos cause you break it down and explain it deeply. 🤙🏽🤙🏽
Amazing video Iain, congratulations!! I particularly think the ARS body rotation is a lit bit more complicated than the backflip. The final tip about the legs was vital for me, I always get stuck in the landing, my rail or tail dig into the wave.
Yea man! You definitely have a vocation as teacher. Great video. Do you offer online coaching? That would rock, some video analysis using an app like Ubersense or Coaches Eye
Hi Antonio. I have a full coaching set up to do just that. I offer video analysis and one on one live video chats with reviews. Check the top link in the video description.
Hello Iain, thank you so much for your teachings, they are really helpful. I´d to ask you about the part of your body and position to land. Had 2 rib cracks after a hard landing and Im a bit scared now. Cheers!
If you can do another vídeo doing an ARS with the camera closer as in second 35 as the intro of this vídeo, in slow motion too, would be perfect. We could see details of the manuver.
Of course man. Getting comfortable in the water isn’t easy. My suggestion is to try push yourself in more conditions of consequence and also maybe look to do some breath work techniques. They will surprise you by how long you can hold your breath and this will make you a lot more confident!!
Saludos broo 🤙 bro how are you ?? it's me again .. check it out and give me your opinion on that maneuver ... greetings from ecuador, i hope your visit to my bodyboard academy in my country
I was waiting for this the longest time I’m so thankful that you did it
Of course 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Thanks for the explanation. I guess I've been doing backflips the whole time. There is not a bodyboard scene down here so I never knew. Lol.

I’m not too sure what you’re asking here. Please explain? How did you land and what are you asking?

I don’t do them very often but I will try.
all these tricks are cool but can u explain how u get thru the mental and physical strain when u get caught on the inside.
Of course man. Getting comfortable in the water isn’t easy. My suggestion is to try push yourself in more conditions of consequence and also maybe look to do some breath work techniques. They will surprise you by how long you can hold your breath and this will make you a lot more confident!!
@@iaincampbell_ can u do a video about that? it would really help me and maybe some other local bodyboarders.
awesome video mate
Thanks.
Good teacher!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Awesome vid, thanks so much.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy a new board in Cape Town?
Thanks
I don’t know any specifics at the moment. Try searching in your area. 🤙🏼
Ótima explicação, parabéns👊🤘🇧🇷
Soon!!
Il faudrait mettre la traduction en français au passage j'adore tes vidéos❤
Will get it done today 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Do u know a place in SA where the waves are 6ft< cause i normally surf by north beach or addington and it’s getting “small”
You can always try cave rock or go up the north coast. Durban has good waves but you have to travel.
Hola amigos
If I sent u a video for coaching it would just be a bunch of video of me getting crushed
We can still work with that and get you better 😉👌🏼
So the ARS is virtually a 360 back flip?
No it’s a Roll Spin…
E xcelente
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🔥🔥💪
Hi amigos
Hi.
The worst thing to happen to body boarding. Even worse than 'backflips'. Makes us look like a novelty circus act.
Thanks for your opinion... each to their own I guess.
Saludos broo 🤙 bro how are you ?? it's me again .. check it out and give me your opinion on that maneuver ... greetings from ecuador, i hope your visit to my bodyboard academy in my country
I’m good thanks and you? I hope I can get out there one time too bru.
There practically the same lol 🤦🏻♂️
Not really. Close but not the same.
@@iaincampbell_ oh hush they are Ive came back more than once to watch this lol
