@@BeYouDefining I have pcos , gallstones and fatty liver too because of gallstones I am confused by the advice given here ok to do interminent fasting or not , I always got mixed reviews, I am so tired , don’t know where to start , looking forward to your meal plans and exercises to share bef, started walking already , I am always fall of the wagon 😢 need so much motivation to come back , u intend to do any weight loss challenges, ?
