i just completed the 2 week challenge and i have definitely noticed improvement! at first i could hold the balancing positions the whole time and now after two weeks i can hold them with barely any wobbling!!

Hey reader, I'll update this comment throughout the entire challenge :) 1st day (14/02) : great! I've done it after 20min workout + 10min thighs workout so it wasn't as easy as it should be for the plank exercises and some holds but it was still good. The first part was quite hard for me, especially the '' close your eyes '' moments :') But I surprised myself with the toe reaches! I was able to stand easily on my toes for 20 seconds, quite proud of myself haha 15/02 : coming back after a 25min workout and 10min stretch! The first part feels easier than yesterday, except the scales (I'm honestly dying during this exercise)... I also did worse for the tiptoes thing.. 🤷♂️ The core exercises felt easy and I don't know why but I can do the harder boat pose and not the '' normal '' boat pose. Can't see a big improvement in my balance yet as it is totally normal. 16/02 : Done after a 20min workout and Anna's 15min stretches... And let's say, this balance routine is really effective, as I already felt a little improvement while balancing my leg holds and scorpions during the stretch routine! Some exercises of the first part felt easier as well whereas others were still difficult for me. 17/02 : after a 30min workout and 35min stretching this is hard. Didn't notice an improvement today. The toe rises were easier but the eyes close holds were impossible today, I don't know why. 18/02 : Day off today. 19/02 : Done after 20min workout + 20min stretch. To be honest, I haven't seen any improvement today. The only thing was, at the very beginning, I was doing really bad at the holds, so I restart the video and it became pretty much easier I don't know why. Thank you so much Anna! This is already one of my favorite routines, as it is not common (haven't seen a lot of balance routines on your channel haha), useful and quite funny to do! Thanks to a huge coincidence I am on holidays for two weeks so it's perfect to do this challenge!
Been doing Anna’s routines for many years. Now I’m doing this one while pregnant because having a whole baby inside really messes with sense of balance.
I am super excited to try this! I have always struggled with balance and being a flyer in cheerleading and not being able to do extension libs etc and seeing others doing it really bring me down so I'm hoping this will change that and i will finally feel like I put in all the work I could!
Such a great stretching routine it helps me everyday my balance has increased alot thanks Anna for uploading this video on youtube😃😄these days I am able to do toe touches and they are related to cheerleading too and I can do the wall splits I am seeing improvement in my back and hips

My balance is terrible and I’m a gymnast-contortionist so I think this routine would really help with thing’s like tilt and leg holds and teardrop backbend etc. Also I’m only doing this for a week but today as the last day I can literally see a huge difference so thank you so much!😊

Yes, everything is correct and not only does it improve your balance but it also enhances your muscles. Going up on one foot is called Passe in ballet and doing it on turnout (search the word) and doing tasks in that position without going up on Releve (search it) improves your balance even more! You can also stay on Ejape with a stress word on the E.

My balance is terrible and I’m a gymnast-contortionist so I think this routine would really help with thing’s like tilt and leg holds and teardrop backbend etc. Also I’m only doing this for a week but today as the last day I can literally see a huge difference so thank you so much!😊

Yes, everything is correct and not only does it improve your balance but it also enhances your muscles. Going up on one foot is called Passe in ballet and doing it on turnout (search the word) and doing tasks in that position without going up on Releve (search it) improves your balance even more! You can also stay on Ejape with a stress word on the E.

Anna is my fav yt since I was young I wanted to be a dancer/cheerleader but it was really hard for me I could only do a few tricks when I was 9 I was training since I was 7 when I found Anna she made my dream come true I can finally do my front walkover and splits thank you Anna ❤
