- I spent over 1000 hours in Pax Dei Solo, in this video I'll cover some key features of the game as well as go over a list of pro/cons that might influence your decision in purchasing this game. Pax should not have left Alpha. There is just too much missing. I started maybe a week after EA started, the server completely dead of all life, I grinded 2 days and after making and throwing 20,000 spears on the ground I left. Now, instead of being excited for the games future, I resent that I paid for such an unfinished product.
The game has great potential and I hope all those who also had a similar experience to me give the game another chance when it's less of an Alpha and more of an EA title.

Honestly I think you could have mentioned that placing a post and backing up to it puts you in first person for construction/build mode. It's not the best solution but in some situations it's far better than trying to maneuver around for a minute looking for the best angle.
@@pepelepede2743 I was thinking the same thing after I rewatched it. Probably gonna do building tips/tricks video in the future
How many hours chopping wood for charcoal? 500 hours of the 1000 hours played? 250 hours watching RNG crafting? Welcome to my experience of 1008 hours played. ;(
LOVE THE GRIND.
Sweet builds, good video. OMG the build cursor is always blocked by your body, this is so maddening. Not sure how they can fix that - maybe make your body transparent while building.
@@Randelia or allow you to switch first person, or better yet build while flying the free cam but only on your land obviously
Agree with all your points, although "the grind' is directly cancelled by the clan/community in your pro list. If only us solo players had a marketplace system (it is coming) that would help not get stuck by some crafting skill you don't have leveled up just yet.
What server/area are you, I'd like to stop in and see the build 1st hand?
Prometheus, innis galia, aras, do a 360 when you spawn and look for a tall pointy tower. Run directly towards that until you meet the cliff, then take the stairs up

@@wm1099 should just be listed next to the play button if your on that games library page
From your Steam Account. At the log in screen, you'll see the green "Play" button, then "Last Played to the right of that, and finally "Hours played" to the right of that.
2 seperate computers to play on 2 accounts at the same time?

Gonna wait for all eternity, then, since they're aiming for a subscription model. They seem to wanna cater to old-school gamers, not the newer generation that wants everything for free ...
audio should be in background, not over your voice, do you even listen to what you record? Give it someone who can criticize before you publish

@@cuceacmarian9734 gotcha, I’m getting a new mic and I’ll be learning a lot more about audio over the next 2 weeks. Next one will be better!
Personally, and I gripe about audio volumes, this was only mildly annoying because of the loud music. It definitely wasn't as bad as some review videos I've watched. I could hear you fine, but I think it would be better with lower music volume. Clarity-wise, I thought it was fine. I'm going to hold off getting this game until I hear of some major improvements. I potentially have some time but need to be doing actually important things to improve my real life, so then I don't really have time for stupidly lengthy grind. That price tag is ridiculous for what it seems I'd be getting, and uncertain of what the devs are actually going to do. One question I have is, what if I buy only one plot of land? Couldn't I just build a very very tall tower containing all the stuff I would have put on two or more plots? Or have they limited the number of floors artificially to prevent that? Also, does this game, or does it plan to, have a way to dig underground rooms, basements, etc? That second question isn't so much a gamebreaker, more curiosity.
OMG ...those are builder multiplayer game damn ..mmorpg game is other thing wadafaka those game even exist ..plots , build ? have friends milions and build city ???? wata faaaa... who da damn care about that i wana log in 3-4 hours a day make some pve and smash some heads in pvp and that it ...pax day is a hot bS game
