- This is the best AR style .22lr ever made. Tippman got this one right. The brace, trigger, safety, muzzle device, grip all can be swapped out with any compatible after market accessory.

Just bought one 2 days ago and am awaiting to get it soon. I have watched a few videos but I liked yours the best. Great job. I like the mods you did to yours.
It's good to see an honest, no nonsense, straight up video on a firearm, that's how they should all be, thank you. I bought the same pistol and I'm a just amazed by the quality build, feel, accuracy and reliability out the box. It eats all ammo, was thinking of dropping a Franklin binary trigger and then leaving it alone. My S&W 15-22 is sitting in the safe and eventually will be my grandson's on his birthday (less) than 100 rounds out the box, descent plinker and I've had it over a year. Keep the faith and the great videos.

The Tippmann brace is superior, just stick some tap on the buffer tube to tighten it up.

Hello my friend, just came across your channel. Great channel and review! I bought the same gun a few months ago after watching some other reviews and took the chance, as you said. Man, the first time I put rounds through it, I couldn't stop shooting it and kept loading magazines. I have a lot of firearms, but this is probably the most fun to shoot. And like you said, hard to tell it's not an AR. You pick it up with all metal construction and until you rack the charging handle, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference. I have probably put about 500 rounds through it, and can't wait to put more down range. And, if this was all you had, it wouldn't be a bad home defense gun IMO.

Man o man... I love my tippman elite pistol... It was very accurate out the box... I don't have anything bad to say about it... I never had a feeding issue at all... I would like to see what tippmann come out with next.....
I may have to pick one of these up. You make a good point with it being a good AR trainer. Have a the HK 416 .22 and I really like it, but it's a different breed. Was about to get it in the pistol version, but this looks better!
The h&k 416 isn't even on the same level as that tippman elite pistol!
I'll be picking mind up on friday... I was going to get the rifle one when I seen it but when I went back to get it today I seen the pistol version of the rifle I went with the pistol..
Can't go wrong with it. I'm actually getting the 11 inch pistol version soon.

good review, the comparison with the other weapon, really could'nt tell the difference. i have watched a lot of videos and really don't want an are 15. i like the ruger 22 pc charger, but the tippmann REALLY looks good, and i've not heard a bad review yet

I ordered a magpul MOE grip for an AR 15 / M4 and it doesn't fit, it's too narrow to slid into place. Did you have any issues???

I was curious as to why you swapped out your brace to the sba3? I have this same gun. My only complaint is that loading the magazines can be tedious.
I load my magazines easily... I swapped out my brace because the tippman has some extra wobble... But actually put my tippman brace on a shotgun pistol that I'll be doing a video soon. Because it's sturdier.... And I actually love the tippman braces now which I want more... But they sale for $139

What would be the effective range for this pistol?
What do you find is the best way to clean the bore? (A rod , bore snake, flexible, coated twisted wire? Some .22 rods and snakes are too snug. Thanks.

It's the magazine.... If it's not loaded properly it will do that try to load 24 rather than 25... Keep a little extra spring

They make an ambi specific handle but that's it
