Really like the Tippmanns. One of the best semi auto 22s on the market. All the features you need to make it nearly identical to your AR platform rifle or pistol for training.
Bought mine 2 weeks back. Shot at range awesome. No recoil accurate and very fun to shoot. Trigger seems ok good creep, arm brace comfortable and I added a Red dot sight by feyachi (V30).
Just picked one of these up yesterday. Did you find that the front take-down/pivot pin hard to remove in order to detach the upper? I just left the pin in and folded it open instead. I also noticed a little more than normal left and right play between the upper and lower near the front pivot pin area as well. Didn't know if you had any experience with these 2 items. Thanks.
It does not work. We do have access to a SOT version that we might try for shits and grins. I know you'd have to completely remove the safety to get it close to fitting.
Would you buy the Rifle pro-$499.00 Rifle elite-$569.00 Elite pistol- $589.00 + $40 FFL fee + $40 shipping =$669.00 I handled all three and like the pistol best but was surprised by how much I like the Pro, the weight was nice and priced better.
The only difference between the pro and the elite is the handguard being aluminium or polymer. I personally prefer the rifle length, but the pistol is nice too.
@@Gruntreviews any issues with polymer vs metal hand guard? I actually preferred the feel of the pro. The elite rifle may look a tad better that the guard goes to the end of the barrel. Thanks for the info
Little bit of weight savings. Haven't seen any issues out of em. Boils down to preference. For hard use, the metal will hold up better than plastic if you're hanging a bunch of accessories.

I'd agree, its head and shoulders above most of the competition in the .22 market.
Thanks for this review! Currently in between this and the mp 15-22 pistol
I'd do a tippmann over a M&P all day long.

thank you for the comment
Thanks for the review sir. Got my eye on that little guy :)

They're definitely stiff from the factory. A couple cycles with the pins in and out seems to free them up.
1 drop of oil. No Whining.
Nice unboxing. Something different from the other Tippman MEP reviews.
Thank you
And we now have the "Bug Out" version (folder).
Yup, they've added quite a bit to their line up since this video.
How is yours still running? @@Gruntreviews
@Joeak74 so far so good. Got to play with an NFA version. It's got a crapload of rounds through it and runs like a top with the right ammo.
@@Gruntreviews good to hear! Thanks. Can't wait for mine to get here.
Where is everyone getting theirs? I can’t find this at any of my local shops.
Gun broker is a decent place to start. You might also check Red State Arms. They're a stocking dealer out of OK.
Is the forward assist just there for looks, or does it actually function?
It is fully functional
@@Gruntreviews ok, I am going to remember to test that when I receive mine 😛
Let us know how you like it
@@Gruntreviews what is the purpose of Forward assist
@@barryblack5816 it is to manually push the bolt into battery in a partial malfunction.
Got my M4-22 Micro Elite Pistol and it shoots like a dream. 500 rounds and not one hiccup.
Glad to hear it! What's your preferred brand of .22?
@@Gruntreviews Right now I'm favoring Armscor 36gr HVHP. I just got some Aguila Super Extra 38gr HVHP to test out as well.
@@f_blake6096 I've had great luck with everything Aguila. Only hiccups I've had have been with the Golden bullet walmart special.
Did the rare breed work with it???

okay comment section.. what AR pistol should i get , hopefully one that is ultra reliable , looks good, and probably comes with a folding or arm brace
What caliber?
@@Gruntreviews probably 9mm
@@raymondmaglaris4149 idk what your budget is, but I got to shoot one of the JP rifles at Area 4 and that's a sweet shooting little package.
I really like the CMMGs.
@@Gruntreviews thanks guys ill look into it
