This gun is great for the price, tons of Fun! For anyone who may consider it for home defense, the only big issue I had was the first round struggling to be chambered , as the 2nd round shoves up with too much pressure and stops the bolt. This happened on all 4 different mags I had if they were fully loaded. If mag isn’t fully loaded, or you add a bit of oil lube to shell, the bolt will slide forward fine. Only other 3 complaints: mags don’t seat solidly, so don’t bump it hard to put into place like an AR as it can slide too far up and won’t work. The mag release is also in a bit wonky of a spot to reach comfortably. And lastly, the thing is a hassle to fully disassemble. For only $220 though it’s well worth the price, so much fun and cycled perfectly 5+ diff ammo types 100+ rounds. Just get over 1200 fps. Clean and oil before using it. Lock bolt back too to loosen spring to ensure cycling.

@@Gruntreviews hey so, I know this gun says it takes 3inch shells but I'm a little confused on it. Does it mean the overall length of the shell is 3 inches?
So you've got 3 shell sizes in general. 2 3/4, 3, and 3 1/2. 3.5" shells are a bit harder to find and usually aren't found in semi autos. 2.75 and 3 are the most common sizes. A 3.5 chamber will allow 3.5, 3, and 2.75 shells to be fired. A 3 will allow 3 and 2.75.
@Gruntreviews it runs amazing. I put 4 boxes of ammo through it, ranging from 1100 fps to 1350 fps. All shot flawlessly, the only con is it has one hell of a kick. But that's to be expected in a small bullpup 12 gauge

Break in is 25-100 rounds of hot loaded ammo over 1 Oz. Some of these come pretty greasy, others not as much. At a minimum, add oil to everything that moves.
I purchased mine from Lone Star Defense and Arms in Texas. It was 233 dollars before taxes. At that time sellers were using an ad that showed this Tokarev with the cheek riser and a angled fore grip. That was what people were getting way prior to when I purchased. When Mine was picked up ,no angled fore grip or cheek riser. I called SDS and was informed that it is no longer sold with angled grip and cheek riser. I told the SDS guy that the ad showed Angled grip and cheek riser. Soon after that sellers put up the correct ad with no grip and riser showing on the shotgun. I purchased a Angled grip from online ,cannot find a cheek riser.
I just bought 1 of these same deal as other commenters no forgrip no cheek riser. MY ISSUE is after reading the instruction manual it says use heavy load gas piston for heavier load so I switched mine from the 1 that came installed to the 1 marked heavy loads. There is a lot of play I can hear it slide back and forth even though bolt is all the way forward when you lock the bolt back it slides all the way back to the bcg. Is this normal is it safe to shoot?
In your range video, did you change to the heavy load gas piston to run slugs/buckshots? Sorry if this was asked already, I just recently purchased and haven’t tested it yet. Thanks
I'm genuinely curious why no legitimate quality tier manufacturers make an AR style 12ga. It's all bottom of the barrel imports. I'm shocked Mossberg or Benelli haven't even tried.
They're all pretty close, it comes down mostly to looks. Thr tokarev ran decent after it came back from warranty, the ATI bull dog ran well after break in.
@@robarnold4570 you do want to break it in with some hotter loaded buck or slug. Once it is broken in you can switch to the magnum piston to help reduce recoil.
I'd definitely reach out to their warranty department. If you're still at the range, I'd use a solid table to brach the charging handle against. Make sure it's pointed in a safe direction and push on the body. Make sure the safety is on and the magazine is removed.

Owned for 6 months. TERRIBLE for reliablity, let me count the ways. Never cycles correctly, even with high powered ammo, FPS meant nothing. There's a slight difference

Field strip and swap the piston. I'm realizing I should've done a teardown video on it.

This one is pretty easy, just stick it in.
Hey Grunt, What the heck are the two angled slots on the sides of the buttstock? There is a small hole just above them. Something attaches here?
