How to fix Toyota Hybrid Highlander with Blown Engine and Transmission, Diagnose to Complete Startup

Bought the Highlander Hybrid for $500 with 190k miles. Engine had a spun connecting rod and froze. I unfroze it and tried starting it but sounds like something else is wrong. Find out what happens.
