Women in leadership are more likely to surround themselves with their peer group, people they feel most comfortable around; rather than the best people for the job, those who merit advancement. That's my experience working in both blue collar and white collar industries. Women managers feel threatened by introverts who don't talk much. They take it personally.
Great video, but I doubt if we should be talking about masculine leadership. I would rather call it old-fashioned. Women can be very authoritive, just think about the old fashioned mom.
