what is a "Kiwi"?
people from New Zealand are referred to as kiwis. it's a nickname, I don't know why. Edit: It's also a fruit and a bird.
@@johnathondavis2777Ty, also i knew it was a fruit lol
Please define what is referred as Kiwi.
This is the worst podcast of all time
Good luck convincing the general public that open their house to anyone is a good idea. If I have a baby I don't think I'm going to put them in my neighbors spare bedroom. By the way, thats not equity. Thats socialism. Equity implies someone worked to EARN that home. Giving stuff away to people sounds great, unfortunately it diminishes the hard work of the people that built or bought their home the old fashionedway. Im all for affordable housing, this isn't it though. The last thing you want is a house built by the government or another blackrock company, stacked on top of each other and identical. Sounds more like a labor camp for the "aluminum foundery" or a creepy sci-fi movie.
Awesome yarn thanks Andy! Once I have cracked the resource efficiency problem you and I can tackle procurement haha
Transparency between you and the driver yes, not between the driver and the company or you and the company
I am first to comment pls pin me I have never been pinned

Your a legend Mike! Very wise! It would be awesome to see you do more talks!
Andy, get Bjorn to comment on the way his family have acted with his property at 8 Scanlan St, Grey Lynn. Caveats and Covenants. Not really a business leader.
What about fusion? 70 years, 50 billion spent. Nothing.
The grass is always dead
Loved this Andy
Thanks Mark, we got to get you on as a guest soon !!!
Yes they need to justify their wages
The Real KING!
The real KING!

So damn true!! Tell it like it is Mike!!

No one’s stopping women from going into these jobs.
We all know why there’s a gender discrepancy in these jobs.
Women in leadership are more likely to surround themselves with their peer group, people they feel most comfortable around; rather than the best people for the job, those who merit advancement. That's my experience working in both blue collar and white collar industries. Women managers feel threatened by introverts who don't talk much. They take it personally.
Great video, but I doubt if we should be talking about masculine leadership. I would rather call it old-fashioned. Women can be very authoritive, just think about the old fashioned mom.
There is much shame in being a swiftie
They're totally different things. It's all about what you want from your roof. Solar panels could cut down CO2 from power stations. You can add storm water interceptor tanks if you have the space to take the place of your green roof you could not install.
stfu and man up.. probably the most common thing a woman has said to a man… so maybe tell the women to fix up before telling the men to share
Construction is a hard life. If you cant handle the hazing you're probably not going to be a reliable crew member. The physical element restricts women from the industry as well.
And there's a lot of racial jokes. Let's not conveniently forget that
I would like to think we do. Not there yet however we build 150 exterior walls, friction fit insulation Lunos air management and heatpump HWC but these are a start.
Great discussion! Keep up the great work!
Exclusivity makes great!
It is wonderful.🎉
this is the impact of football my brother!!! the king of sports!!
Naw what is said here is just one of the conditions, as to say further mental stress, is also how you choose to handle the condition, physical stress did you prepare you vessel to withstand with nutrition and exercise. Except in extreme cases stress is what you make it.
😏 "promo sm"
The podcast style is a way easier listen.
Thank you Captain obvious 😂

Nice
She is blowing her own issue up (from her sons portrayal of a comparative fact) out of proportion,,, but she ain't wrong either.
This woman may be an engineer, but she doesn't seem to have ever heard about statistics.
Because your son isnt an idiot and your tall for a woman and shes strong for a woman lebron is physically both your superior.
maximize diversity, minimize skill levels
That son needs a father .. two moms dont equal a father
Father for what? To leave him?
@@NitroKitKat you sound like a misandrist.
@@NitroKitKat just because your dad left you does not mean all fathers leave .
@@NitroKitKatTo teach him how to shake hands, control himself, ride a bike etc.
@@NitroKitKat to raise the child. Single women suck as parents look it up. Children from single mother households, are more likely to do worse in school, more likely to end up on drugs, and more likely to end up in prison. I dunno about you but that tells me that unlike what women(and deadbeat dudes) like to say, children need fathers.
