Crushed this workout, added a 10 minute tabata turn up... I'm 50 today and I reached a goal that I never thought I'd reach! I'm down to 110 lbs - that's what I weighed when I got married. I had it as a goal but never thought I'd see that on the scale again. I'm really pumped that I did it and I've not just lost weight, I've really toned up and muscled up!!! WOOO HOO! Thanks for the help Sydney!

@@Thefitty I usually will add in an upper body with legs some more, work on my core. Depends on what I'm feeling or where I'm sore at. I sometimes just do more legs, butt, or upper body when finishing either one
I am grateful this was upper body not lower!! ;) But really, that was an awesome workout. Grateful for arms that can lift these weights and that keep getting visibly stronger, as well as the fact that I was even able to get out of my bed this morning, let alone crush this workout.
Really? I haven't felt that way about Sydneys workouts recently. Somehow it seems more geared towards maintenance rather than fat loss. I mean I love her consistency and her earlier workouts were intense. So I do get my vitamin Sydney from the longer intense workouts with no weird moves like Russian twists or side plant hip taps or weirdest of them all Turkish get ups.

Crushed it and the tricep pulses were burning. What I liked most this morning was the format it was a little different. I could not afford to stay in the Sydney squad this year on a budget but I am here everyday :) Cassandra Johnson All the workouts are great and I am really concentrating on abs and seeing a difference every week.

I love the colors and the pattern 💖 This was a fun upper body HIIT, and I am proud of myself that I challenged myself by going up in weight when I could, and pushing out those last few hard reps on every exercise! 💪 Somehow you always manage to put a new spin on the old favorite exercises, which adds interest, and challenges the muscles in a different way. 💪🔥. I AM STRONG AND COURAGEOUS!!

Great upper body burn. Th only thing I will say is if you have dumb bells that are adjustable weights (but not the ones that just click into place) then switching the weights will cut into the momentum of keeping your heart rate up between reps.

💪🏽 Crushed it. Upping my weights definitely made it 🌶️🌶️. Legs still moderately on 🔥 but stretching is definitely helping to loosen them up. Can't believe week 3 is almost over. And I actually wouldn't mind a little Sydney fitness quiz at the end of the video. Trying to memorize the answers will distract me from the pain, lol
