I know this is an older video, but I just found your channel and I love your beautiful paintings, and I have a question about the colors used in this one, especially the cooler blues. I don’t see them listed but I did hear you mention yellow ochre and burnt sienna but don’t know the other colors you used. Thank you if you happen to see this question, but if not, I’ll keep watching watching your beautiful tutorials and maybe I can figure them out on my own!

Cad yellow medium, yellow ochre, alizarin crimson, cerulean blue, ultramarine blue, burnt sienna, burnt umber, and titanium white!

It’s linseed oil mix with a little odorless mineral spirits to make the paint flow a little better!

That’s lovely. Your canvas is dry and you are using oils. What are you dipping into to make the paint move around please?
I’m using a medium that I mixed, it’s 30% linseed oil and 70% odorless mineral spirit mixed together!

If I’m not mistaken, that’s a heron and that’s exactly what they look like. I live in the Caribbean, we see them on a daily basis.
