When is opposite hand grip not doable or not ideal? I need to learn this because I fell on slipper bars and my grip is pretty strong.
In my experience the opposite hand grip is always safer, especially if the bars are muddy or wet. The key is to get your momentum moving forward. The longer you’re on the bars , and the more you try to power through, the harder the obstacles.
the multirig has beat me 2 out of 3 races so far and next month running my 1st beast near ft worth.
