you didn't see it but after you walk far away enough after putting the trash in, that guy who was standing there fished out Nina's trash bag and ran away with it. Super creepy stalker-esque behavior!
Chilla’s has really become a quality pillar of the horror community. Each game from them is unique and builds so much tension. They absolutely nail “horror in the mundane”. And being SO very normal slice of life Japanese gives everything an unfamiliar uncanny touch for those who play outside of Japan. Also, I love the references in this one. I got so excited to see the coffee shop again haha.
Chilla's Art games are like my fav! Especially since I have lived in Japan and I speak Japanese. *Spoilers* I feel that from the very beginning they told you that the stalker knew Niina more than just a random person. Its a very subtle difference that one might take as a simple typo, but at 5:55 the username "iLoveNiina" sends her the link that says "Niinagames". (This user name is the one that also says all the weird things.) This is before her face reveal and it seems weird that she pays it no mind. Her V-Tuber name is Nina (ニナ) with one "i" not two. Asuka also mentions later that she made her streaming name too similar to her real name. (Nina vs Niina again.) Other notes: *The blue pads next door indicated that someone was moving in. The "delivery man" downstairs was actually a mover, as the truck was a moving truck. The truck says "Hikkoshi no Chirazu" (引越しのチラズ) or "Chilla's Moving". *They hinted not to trust the "police" when in the second Niina game stream user Kirin says "the police are the enemy!?" (28:00) The game also makes the police officer the enemy of course. In reality, the fake police officer is weirdly going through the trash outside Niina's building at 14:40. *Apparently "going to pick flowers" (お花を摘みに行ってきます/Ohana o tsumi ni ittekimasu) is a euphemism for going to the bathroom in Japanese! But, it is a phrase for women, (because of what it looks like when one squats down to pick flowers...) the phrase for men is "shooting pheasants". Haha, the more you know!
Loved how you got suspicious about us viewers. And since you have been hacked before this must have hit home for you. Hope you are well after moving, it is tough and exhausting. Interesting game. Creepy in itself going to the restaurant and talking to people. It had funny points and yet creepy enough in these days of digital life😅
@@methamphetamememcmeth3422 none from what i know. last t8ime he was hacked was years ago at this point, and all it did was hijack his youtube account (which IS a serious threat but nothing like what the game is about)
It's getting tough to pick the best one from Chilla's art now. I think it is out of this one or "The closing shift". Superb atmosphere, build up and well executed scares in both. The caregiver was also quite an under-rated one too amongst plenty of others!
Well now Chris will feel the same about his fans. 21:21 😆😆😆. Chilla's art games are always scary and fun to watch. And chilla's cafe was a nice comeback there. Fun game, mate. Thanks for playing.
This was so tense and so fun to watch! It was fun to go back to old locations from other games, really ties the universes together. So glad to see everyone learned to park at the cafe too.
What I really love about this developer is how they have a great talent and skill for creating a super terrifying experience through simple occupations. The way they create tension and have things escalate over time is just amazing. This dev along with the one who creates the Fears to Fathom games are some of my favorite on the channel. I was lowkey waiting for a plot twist at the end for even the bestie to have been involved in some way
58:24 You are definitely the gaming gods’ favorite lol. Your brilliant commentary never fails to amuse! I agree this one is one of their best titles; it was nerve-wracking and felt like nothing was safe. Very good twist too. Extra thought but I think James in the cafe might have been talking about a person in a black hoodie sitting near the back and facing the window. I like how Chilla’s Art works in those different details. Very glad to have seen you play!
Hey Chris just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate how hard you work to put out consistent content. I often just have your videos playing in the background while I do chores or laze around. I hope everything is well for you in your personal life and I hope you keep up the great work for a long time to come.
One thing I've noticed is that I've started to see a pattern with Chilla's game art: pitch black Void of a background with precious sources of light illuminating the character or scene. As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I thought "Oh snap, is this another game by Chilla?" It has been quite the journey watching them evolve in their development. It speaks to their passion and growth, and I adore it. They do a good job at building a very tense atmosphere out of the mundane.
The fact that you got _terrified_ multiple times is a testament to what an experience _Parasocial_ is! I love Asian and Chilla's Art horror games so much. Thank you for playing, Chris!
Genuinely creepy, and pretty great at convening a sense of paranoia ! I thought the game was maybe a bit long-ish, but it was indeed one of Chilla's Art best.
Paranoia--it all begins with nikujaga. 😂 Chilla's Art games just keep getting better, imo. I really enjoy that their games are generally grounded in day-to-day scenarios. Everyday horror hits me much harder than creature/supernatural horror. Great suspense and paranoia building in this one, and jump scares that actually made me jump. Thanks for playing the full game in one go, Chris.
Hey Scriptor. Hope all is well. I was browsing through his older games looking for something to watch that I maybe haven't or been awhile and forgot about it. Curious if you had to pick a few playthroughs to watch which ones would you?
@@JordanJMyers Hi, Jordan. Things are fine here--thanks for the concern. I hope all's well with you too! Wow--I can't definitively choose. I'm not sure how far back you want me to go, so I'll just toss off a few real oldies (7 years and older) from the top of my head: Scratches, Fran Bow, The Lost Crown/The Last Crown (with the inimitable Nigel Danvers), Barrow Hill, The Cat Lady, Layers of Fear, Allen Wake. I remember the quirky/goofy, hand drawn, and unique games best.
This is shockingly similar to what happened with my ex-wife and a former close friend (both turned stalkers), so I can also attest to just how realistic this game's tension is. Thankfully, I've had years to heal to the point I can watch other people play games like this, I just can't play them myself. It's a true testament to Chilla's skill that Parasocial is able to leave players understanding exactly what it feels like to be stalked and not know who your friends are until you take that vital leap of faith. With all of the references, I also have to wonder if Chilla's officially setting everything in a single universe now. If so, maybe we'll get to see characters from the previous games in the next masterpiece. I kind of want to know how each of them has dealt with their individual ordeals, and whether the Chilla world is just full of psychos or if it's actually a form of hell and all of these characters are being put through horrific trials to determine if their spirits are worthy of moving on... Certainly a "soul Chilla" of a thought...
This game is chefs kiss!!! Had me poopin my pants the whole time and the stalker running into the elevator with you almost gave me a heart attack!!! Absolutely wonderful!
@Cju You are hands down the best youtuber. You aren't theatrical like a lot of the annoying ones are. Your voice is pleasant. You read very well. You also dont get super lost while playing. So, with all that said, I beg you to venture out to other genres. There are so many games that come out where I just wish you played. Please I beg you. Keep up the awesome work.
This was excellent.. loved every second. Great jump scares and loved the nods to all the other chilla's art games. Thanks for the entertainment Chris ♥️
This was really really good💕!!(Like a lot of chilla's art games) it was so easy to empathize with the protagonist and the fact that everyone looked so suspicious...I also would go paranoid in that situation
Oh man, that random cut to you when Asuka says you don't really know your fans made me laugh so much I had to go back and rewind because I missed some of the dialogue after that from laughing so hard. 🤣😂
1:07:21 this is the most scared I ever been while watching one of your videos, my spine tangled, I had chills, and I had to turn on my lights for a minute to make sure no one was here. Well done, Chilla!
Chilla really loves using "the running at you" jumpscares- The fact they work every time is just so funny- ik its coming but damn it gets me every time 😂

Such a cool game and concept that was executed really well. Good thing those of us in your comment section are relatively normal people who dont stalk others or steal their trash......I hope. Also for those that dont know a 'stigmatized property' is a property where someone has died in the house/room you're renting, it normally gets you cheaper rent to move into. Legally only the first tenant after the incident has to be told about it, after that unless they ask they wont know.
everyone was acting super weird for sure but i didnt expect that they would all be in on it together...i wonder what would happen if you decided not to unblock rikiya? i imagine he'd just find some other way to contact you this one, and the coffee shop one with the stalker, are both so good. chilla always nails the feeling of paranoia while doing mundane things

This game did a fantastic job of recreating the paranoia one goes through when being watched. As someone who has been stalked, its a maddening re-tracing of steps, ensuring you aren't somehow "inviting" someone to impact your life on such a hyper-focused level. Checking the windows, second guessing your relationships/their motives. Changing your daily habits in case that person is out there taking note. It's terrifying, and this game is spot on in its sustained dread.
I really enjoyed this - found myself shouting at the screen, which means I’m really caught up. I always like Chilla’s Art and this is their best so far
Absolutely one of their best agree 110% I love how it ties in with everything it really gives you a full flavor palette of who they are and where they've come from. Also, I love the mild 4th wall breaking as you are playing a game within a game. Overall, it was like the Closing Shift, The Convenience Store and Stigmatized Property but as a whole (with obvious references and undertones of Aka Manto, Night Delivery, The Caretaker and A Nightwalk Home). Love how they kinda underline the fact that they're taking their previous succeses and making them even better. It's very on the nose at times, but it's done in such a way that is both funny and relevant and well received to Chillas Arts followers. I'm dying to see what's next, to me this shows the direction they're going in
and as a PSA... Please always check that your doors are locked (including your car). Especially at night. Give your car a quick once over before you get in. Also make sure that your windows are locked when you do not have them open. this game got me paranoid, so imma take a little tour around my place and make sure everything is secure lol
I woke up today around 4 am and couldn’t sleep so I decided to watch this. After the elevator jumpscare I’ve decided that shitting myself once is enough as it is and I’ll finish it when it’s bright outside. Great vid!
Not Chris giving us the 🤨 at 21:21 😂😂 The way this game had me SCREAMING. Yelling because of jump scares, yelling for Chris to hide in the closet with that damn pan. Yelling cuz everyone was sus. The amount of times I held my breath...whhewwww😮💨 Whew! Chilla's Art hits another homerun. This was absolutely amazing. Defo in my top 5 faves of their games. There is just something really extraordinary about the way that they create horror atmosphere in really subtle (and janky) ways. Thanks for playing as always Chris.
Chilla's Art games are really good reminders in teaching us how to practice vigilance of our personal security hahahahaha! Nonetheless, still enjoying all their funny jump scares of people rushing into the player! XD Good stuff!
This game is AMAZING! I felt the paranoia! I couldn't believe the twist. Also watching you play them is hilarious. Some of the things you say 😂 we need more horror games like this!
Loved the music in the convenience store. Muzak to impulse shop and get creeped out by. After garnering a stalker or two during my earlier years of surfing the net, have to say, you just never know. The game took it just that extra bit further, the stalker wasn't some online rando but someone in her life and people in her immediate vacinity. A troupe of neighborhood gaslighters, now thats scary.
A double treat! It's a long upload by CJU + Chilla's Art. What more can I ask for? P.s: I watched the UA-cam Streamy Awards last night, something I didn't know existed until MatPat was the one hosting, but I was a little disappointed you weren't a nominee in the gaming category. Not sure how these things are done, but you definitely should receive an award.
I love how this game successfully planted the seed of doubt that then bloomed out to full out paranoia.
you didn't see it but after you walk far away enough after putting the trash in, that guy who was standing there fished out Nina's trash bag and ran away with it. Super creepy stalker-esque behavior!
Yeah I was hoping he would! I’m glad when people notice that! Jacksepticeye and dashie both saw it too
Some of the creepy chat comments get missed a lot too

Please always check that your doors are locked (including your car). Especially at night. Give your car a quick once over before you get in. Also make sure that your windows are locked when you do not have them open.
this game got me paranoid, so imma take a little tour around my place and make sure everything is secure lol
just want to say i watch your videos to settle down at night and i absolutely love your channel. good video as always
I had my volume up somewhat high and the tv turning on jumpscare got me Lol it scared the hell out of me omg my heart. Such a cool video and game!
I woke up today around 4 am and couldn’t sleep so I decided to watch this. After the elevator jumpscare I’ve decided that shitting myself once is enough as it is and I’ll finish it when it’s bright outside. Great vid!
Not Chris giving us the 🤨 at 21:21 😂😂
The way this game had me SCREAMING. Yelling because of jump scares, yelling for Chris to hide in the closet with that damn pan. Yelling cuz everyone was sus. The amount of times I held my breath...whhewwww😮💨
Whew! Chilla's Art hits another homerun. This was absolutely amazing. Defo in my top 5 faves of their games. There is just something really extraordinary about the way that they create horror atmosphere in really subtle (and janky) ways.
Thanks for playing as always Chris.
Thank you bro for playing this. 💪🏿
Chilla's Art games are really good reminders in teaching us how to practice vigilance of our personal security hahahahaha! Nonetheless, still enjoying all their funny jump scares of people rushing into the player! XD Good stuff!
niiice, chillas art! thx chris. hope this is a good one.
This game is AMAZING! I felt the paranoia! I couldn't believe the twist. Also watching you play them is hilarious. Some of the things you say 😂 we need more horror games like this!
Chilla's Art games never fail to spook me, but this one hit close. I was genuinely terrified during this gameplay. I can't wait to see what's next!
Dude, chillas art if freaking awesome. They’re freaking smart.
I was making dinner while the video was playing, and the microwave bit in the beginning had me thrown for entirely too long
So excited for a new chilla’s art play through by CJU:)
Chris you look so much better with this hairstyle, nice gameplay and keep up the good work ♥
Thanks for the upload, you just made my day 😁👍🏻 !
YESSS cjugames and chillas art the best
27.37 isnt the curtain fully close? Omggg. This game makes me paranoid by watching it! Love @cjugames , Always the best!
Thanks for sharing, you're the best!
This game is probably the most scared I’ve seen Chris in awhile lol 😂😂😂😂 this game definitely has good jump scares
Good to see your doing well Chris. 👍 I haven't been on here awhile now.
