Looking at the front of your TT it looks very similar to mine. I did paint the bottom grills gloss back, and also the headlight inserts I chose to go tinted for the indicator lenses. Its a good look 👌
Im going to add an Sline bumper soon! Gonna do gloss black aswell! “Phantom black” its gonna be a nice look forsure!!!

Thanks bro I gotta replace my droplinis on my fr Leon may aswell Polybush it while I'm under their
my dude is a savage. there is something called a bushing press
Ghetto Garage 🤘🏼🤷🏽♂️
I left my bushings out in the sun for like an hour or so and it seem to help make them more pliable prior to install
I used to put them in the freezer for them to “shrink” but eh 🤷🏽♂️
@@xNachoPandaXx dang, even more hard decisions :)) Wide and soft or shrinked but rigid. I am thinking with freezer you might have some chances to crack them when installing them.
Very good BTW...
But, you should have replaced the ball joints for good measure, now that the "vibrations" will be much greater. Would save you another trip down there in the near future 👍
I wanted to get tubular subframe/control arms with hiem joints on my car 😂 thats the main reason
That's a nice Volkswagen
Its a beetle/ mk4 with a tux 🤣
More on those brake kit ?
Do them bushes fit on skoda octavia vrs mk3 if you no be awsome if could send link
Hoping for your reply: How's about Drop links, ball joints and tie rods? Do they survived the stiffness?
upgraded sway bar and wishbone with poly bushes, but weeks after suspension started to clunk.. Just wondering it's because of new bushes or normal wear and tear
So for ball joint i still have the ones that my TT had since i got it like 5 years ago, tie rods, & sway bars were replaced prior to doing the powerflex bushings so far everything’s been holding up no clunks or anything like that car feels very planted in turns
Check your cv axles i upgraded mine, but if youre lowered, also try checking your upper strut mount bushing its notorious for clunks
Thanks for the interesting video. What is the ride like when driving 'normally'? Is it a hard ride?
Its very noisy and stiff cause of the engine mounts i have installed on the TT but aside from that its comfortable when just cruising
Ok thanks. Can't make my mind up...normal or updated.
@@Al-qv5vs did you tried PowerFlex / polyurethane bushings ? I am also trying to decide, but I think since my car/bushings have almost 300 000 km, normal ones should feel like a good "upgrade" for many km.
is something diffrent with the powerflex Bushings?
Handling is alot stiffer which in turn gives you great feedback and coincidence during turns 👍🏼
Do you think those arms would fit on a mk4 jetta
I believe the mk4 community does this swap but you may need a different knuckle. Just make sure to do some research
What kind of lubrication is it ?
Powerflex supplies it with the bushings. I believe it silicone based
Worth it mate?
It was definitely worth it for me since im keeping the car for a while plus anything happens to the bushings you get lifetime warranty 👍🏼
How difficult was it to do the strut bushings?
ua-cam.com/video/-7HJO_LPNuk/v-deo.html wasnt too bad i got coilovers tho so i didnt have to use a big spring compresor tool
Did you noticed a difference?
It does feel stiffer, but i need an alignment before i go crazy 😜 tires are too meaty so im rubbing atm ever since i lowered the car when i installed the upper poly strut mount bushings. I’ll make sure to post an update video💪🏼
@@xNachoPandaXx okay thanks for those videos 👍🏼
So little update man, i drove the car today and i felt a day and night difference the handling is crazy! I have full powerflex setup now aside from the coilovers and it rips even with no alignment 😬
And thanks for the support man 🤘🏼
@@xNachoPandaXx okay thanks for the feedback. I was thinking about doing this upgrade but wasn't sure if it will make a difference. But I think I will do it now😉. Thanks
