Poly is great for one thing; Sway Bar bushings. Everything else would be for a dedicated track/race vehicle with the mindset of replacing bushings with more frequency.
Hey dude, great work, just wondering do you know the part number on the bushings that go on the sway bar? I have an Mk4 but there are somo 19mm, 21mm, 23mm and I have stock suspension
Yessir! The oem replacement i had installed failed within a year. The powerflex is a bit mote expensive BUT will last longer than the oem ! 🤘🏼plus you gain handling from it so its worth it
I put lowering springs on my golf mk4 and the front stays a little raised, you can see the difference between the back and the front. What can I do in this case I don't want to cut a turn to the spring
Just a bit of that clunk noise right as i would go over the bumps if its not your mounts it could also be the actual strut assembly (shock failing) / bad control arm bushings/ even cv axles when they fail they will transmit some feedback to the steering wheel
Honestly i havent driven the car alot lately bro, no squeaking or rattling thats forsure car is planted, i may change them in the future just for the adjustability of camber and caster in tubular control arm setup
@@TheOGbuildsthis! My car is lowered, with Solowerks coilovers. It ate 2 set of bushings in a month. Both collapsed too much. Current gap is 1cm-or more. I ordered powerflex. Dont cheap out!!!!!
Just discovered your TT videos. You do an excellent job of explaining and filming while you work! Thanks for all the efforts!
Thank you! I really Appreciate it 🙏🏾
Thank you for this video it helped me with a cheap bearing blowing out only after one day of install...

On my car i got 20mm sway bar bushings 😂 but i know what your talking about its super confusing… i think its based on the year and model of our cars
Iv got mk4 jetta. Think iv got the same issue. How do you find the powerflex ones. Iv got them on my control arms.
Just buy em from ecs or even powerflexusa.com
@@TheOGbuilds in south Africa. We hava a place to buy them who imports it.
Ottimo lavoro! Ben fatto 😉
Now 11 months later . Are they still worth it ?

Leave it that way. Handles better.
Great vidéo. Thanks mate
Good video 👍. How do you find the ride with the powerflex?
I love it! Way More responsive it all works super well with the rest of my suspension setup
Hi buddy. Whats the symptoms of the mounts gone? Think my mk4 golf may have this issue.
I had “popping” noises and clunks and also typically the strut tower will be pushed outward if that makes sense
@@TheOGbuilds Could you feel anything through the wheel when hitting bumps etc mate?

Hey man Which milwaukee impact are you using?
M12 3/8 stubby with a 4.0xc battery
@@TheOGbuilds it's pretty powerful?
It’s definitely pretty damn good for the size and wieght of it i like it, considering getting the m18 high torque or the mid torque in the future
How are these holding up?

Hi.
After these 2 years, is there still no gap?
Or does it also have a bit of a gap?
Regards.
No gap its a great option for oem if you plan on driving a bit more aggressively and are lowered

Salut , sur quel site les as tu acheté ?
I got them from ecs tunning. They are made by powerflex
lot of stuff is being done wrong on this video.. no torquing stuff.. doing the shock absorver turn with the impact..
Only thing wrong is torquing not to spec. It’s not that serious.
Concerned about better mounts but can't fasten his brake disc on properly!
