This man is the wholesomeness this world needs. Bless your soul, good sir. I don't cook much but I greatly enjoy your presentation and charisma. Keep up the great work!
I am in Belgium. I can safely say that after watching this fantastic video, tomorrow, I will make the best Chilli cheese dogs that have ever been made in this country. You're reaching far Kent!
How wonderful did they turn out? And also, how many of your neighbors came over, following that all American chili smell? I loved your comment. Hugs from the Texas Gulf Coast.
Kent Rollins is right up there with Bob Ross and Norm Abrams for me. I learn so much while being completely relaxed. Thank you for the great video’s Kent.
As a veteran I feel your love. As a brother in Christ, I feel your love. Thank you to you and your bride for your videos. May the Lord Jesus be magnified through y'all. Blessings!
This channel got me through COVID, too. So did Mark Wiens, Best Ever Food Review Show, Sega Lord X, Mathilda Hogberg, Victoria Rose, TheChloeConnection, Jackie Rabbit, The Food Ranger, Cinemassacre (Angry Video Game Nerd etc.), Erin Plays, Marion's Kitchen, LGR, and many, many others.
@@philt5782 Hehe. You and me both, amigo! COVID taught me how to cook, thanks to good people like Kent. Always a silver lining. I also ended up getting a new grill, dutch over, and upping my kitchen tool assortment so I could keep up with Kent.
Old Justin Wilson used to measure a teaspoonful of salt in the palm of his hand. He would ask if you believed that was a teaspoonful or not, then grab a teaspoon and transfer it from his hand to the spoon. It was always a teaspoonful to the grain, I Guaron-tee.
Been watching 'bout ten to twelf videos in a row. Now I know, what I have been missin' over the last two Years - your great Cowboy Cookin'. Greetings from Swabia/Southwest Germany.
Kent, I just wanted to write and let you know that my Mother passed away December 29th, 2021 after a 6 week battle with COVID 19 Pneumonia. She was 60 years old. She began watching you a few years ago. Her name was Christina L. Kuhn. She subscribed to you and she watched you all the time on the big screen in the living room. She loved your videos and she was a huge fan of you. So, Im her Son, Rodney Kuhn. And I just had to write and let you know that. She was a devout Christian and I know shes in a better place than we are. But, she loved to cook and she got a lot of inspiration from you and the videos that you put out. So Im very thankful for your videos. My Mom thought the world of you. :)
Don’t ever stop dancing Kent. Makes me smile every time . !! And your encouraging words and hug at the end of your video’s is always inspiring. Plus, your cooking , Wow!! Great job !!!
Mr. Kent reminds me of a cook we had at a trucking company in Colorado many years ago. We had a bunkhouse like in the old cowboy days. We had a good cook too, he'd carry a gun in his pocket, and he wasn't afraid to use it. He was a trip! One thing I've learned in my life is to don't give cooks a hard time especially good cooks, may be hazardous to your health, lol.
Haha great video Kent had me smiling all the way through as always when watching your videos. As a Disabled Veteran from Australia I thank you sir for all the things you do for the Veteran community and current service men and women so refreshing to see the respect and love. 🇦🇺 🪃
Sounded like ole Shannon went speechless on the chili chili cheese dog dance??!!! Lolol Thx again, Kent and Shannon...real nice videos y'all put out. All Praise to Jesus.❤️
Mr. Kent, you make me smile and you make me laugh! You, my friend, are a nut! 😎 Saw my mom today. She's 91, broke her hip. (Doing well, ty) Had a great visit. Reminded me I don't say thank you enough. I appreciate your teaching, I've honestly learned a lot. But mostly I appreciate your heart. Appreciate you sharing Christ in the everyday, mundane parts of life through your being genuine and humble. We teach what we know but we reproduce what we are. Thanks for being an encouragement to me and so many others. And thank you, Shan, for being a true helpmate.
Oh, YUM!! They look so good! My mom lover her some chili cheese dogs. She's been gone almost 15 years, now, and I try to have one for her at least twice a year. Mother's Day, and her birthday. Thank you for making me think of her today. (although, she's never far from my thoughts) I just love watching your videos. Thanks to you and Shannon for keeping us entertained. Love and hugs.
Aww. I always cook the foods that my parents liked on the anniversaries of their passing. I didn't get to say good bye to my dad and my mom died suddenly but I have me a corn roast for them every year since too. Mom and Dad loved their corn roast parties. All my outdoor cooking is because of my mom and dad's love of outdoor cooking. And of course Mr Kent has given us some great new recipes
He's living the true high life on earth not because on how much he has grown in social media, but how he's a simple man with a simple life who's kind and wholesome and learns to appreciate everything here on earth. :)

Oh, Brother Rollins!!! That there looks GOOOOooooOOOOOD!!! Chili cheese dogs are my favorite. Yours looks amazing with that thick chili and them fixins. God bless you!!!
I never thought a chili dog cooking show would make me cry (and it weren’t the onions). God bless you Cowboy Kent. Your words at the end is what we need more of.
I love Chili-cheese dogs. Ohhhh yeah, best comfort food for lunch! I’ve made several of Kent’s recipes and this one will be next. Thank you Cowboy Kent, you’re an inspiration. Keep cheering and dancing for the chili dogs. I really like your new hat.

Hello Kent, Shannon, and all you four-legged canine taste-testers! Yours is one of the best channels on UA-cam! I always appreciate your salute to Old Glory and the men and women of our nation's military in every video. This means so much to me. My father was a U.S. Marine veteran who passed away a year ago. Thanks for another delicious recipe! I can't wait to try it out. Take care and may God bless you always!
Thankyou kent, from my family in Australia we look forward to every video you put out, you've changed how my family eats and appreciates life, cant wait for you two to deliver to Australia again soon, we're dying for more of your seasoning
That's some interesting twists and turns on the classic chili dog -- one that can take lots of twists and turns. Never would have thought to put all the condiments together into one sauce. I'll have to make them this way sometime!
Love watching the "dancing cowboy" when you taste the food you make!!! I love to see you dancing your jig!!! Love you sharing your recipes on these recordings! Thank you n God Bless you!!!
Tom Rut - some of us appreciated you all even back then. Yes, there were far too few of us, but at least some did ... and still do. I came of age right at the end of that one, too late to serve. THANK YOU and God bless!
Chili dogs are my personal favorite comfort food, and I always love trying a new one. I find myself very disappointed in bars that market their chili dog and all I get is a hot dog with bland beans on top (hardly even salted) and plastic-like cheese on top. I can't wait to try this one. I'll try next week.
My wife and i always watch your videos. We love your content. Keep up the great videos and thank you for being a patriot… so much love to you and your wonderful family.
Absolutely awesome! I now have a mean hankering for a chili cheese dog. I'm going to make this recipe. Where I live it's pretty much impossible to get a good hot dog. Thank you Kent for doing this for us!
Hey there Kent, you're looking good there at the Ol' Studebaker as usual. Hopefully ya'll's doing great. Those Chili Cheese Dawgs looks scrupulous. I'll definitely be making some of your "secret" sauce. Thanks for sharing another wonderful video with us. May God Bless you and your family. Stan, up in Idaho now.
Im here from Australia & must say, this channel is probably one of the best I've seen all year! An honest cow boy cooking, great humour, nothing scripted...great work Mr. Rollins
Great tip using the cheese to thicken the chili - but as a proud Chicago boy, I can only give you a 90% for this one.... cuz NOBODY puts ketchup on a hot dog And a big 'ol friendly hug to you guys too. .
I used to have a Jack Russell that looks a lot like that one jumping up to watch the fur-babies on TV. She spent 14 years on planet earth and I sure do miss her!! That brings back some wonderful memories!!! I GOT TO TRY THAT RECIPE!!!
Thanks for the bun sealing advice and the chili thickening advice. Those were always a problem with my previous Chili Cheese Dogs, but they shouldn't be in the future thanks to the advice given.
Hi Kent, I love your videos…especially the endings when you praise the Lord, family and what is truly important in Life! That Happy Dance is always fun to watch too! 🙃
Thank ya Kent, Shannon, Andy and all the dogs -- even the energetic little Jack Russell at the end! Y'all and the real K9 dogs are the best, but I rarely pass on a good chili dog. Yes sir: keep that flag flying high with Faith, Hope, Love ... and Courage.
My husband sent me this video, and I am so glad he did! I thoroughly enjoyed your video sir! But what I appreciate even more is your reference to Justin Wilson!! My Grandfather (God rest his soul ❤️) not only would make delicious stovetop chili all the time, Justin Wilson was LITERALLY his favorite Chef! I remember as a kid sitting there with him and watching Justin’s cooking show with my grandpa❤️❤️
Hello Kent and Shannon! My husband and I love watching you cook and love the ideas you give us. We were getting ready to put together your chili dogs and I looked up the recipe for the sauce, and realized something really important was missing: 1/2 an onion. You all are terrific, just human. God bless you all!
Always nice to see a schnauzer that hasn't had their ears hacked. The 2 we had in our family were wonderful. And I needed to drop off an amen for Justin Wilson and just the fact that you're doing chili cheese dogs.
I have been watching you for about a month now and my son and I have cooked many of your meal now and have enjoyed but cooking together and the eating. God Bless You and your wife. USAF ret
That looks so good! I have to make this. Your message to the world is beautiful! We need more of it! Thank you for all that you and Shan are doing. Such good people, and it shows!! ❤
These chilli dogs look so delicious! I have covid at the moment and can't really taste anything but as soon as I'm well again, this is one of the first things I'm going to cook for the family. God bless and keep safe!
Just found your videos and I love them!! You, your wife and sweet animals are a Blessing to watch! I love my 2 Lodge cast iron skillets and watching your cast iron videos! God Bless y'all!! I live in Alabama.
When I think of you, I wish there was more of you to mentor our young men today I call you gentleman cowboy camp Rollins the man's man thank you so much for what you do it brings a lot of joy to I'm sure many others besides me and I punch that like button as soon as the video starts I know it's going to be good
Maybe it's just my youtube recommendations, but its seem its trending to learn how to build a sandwich(yes hotdogs is a sandwich) the right way, such as putting the cheese on the bottom to make a barrier for the juice. Its interesting how the whole world seems to get the same ideas all of the sudden.
I will make these. I have never had a chili dog I did not ruin a shirt with by chili dripping on it. Thank you so much. Give all the four legged dogs a pet for me and a " hi" to Shannon. The chili looked thick but not dry. Glad you use Dukes, it is the best.
I can listen to this man talk all day his voice is so relaxing
Family. Faith. Hope. Love. Courage. and a little dance 😊❤️🙏

I love. Any great Belgian recipes to share? Do Flanders and walloons have different things they eat or do they share a lot of the same culture?
How wonderful did they turn out? And also, how many of your neighbors came over, following that all American chili smell? I loved your comment. Hugs from the Texas Gulf Coast.
Sent it to the U.S. too. We'll sell that shat to Cana..
Cool!
How were they?
Always a treat to spend some time with the Cowboy and his wonderful wife. You are both a true blessing.
Thanks so much

I had truly thought Shannon was Kent’s daughter! 😂
Yes, wife. She’s one lucky woman 🎉
"Has the Cowboy ever steered you wrong?!?!" Funny! God Bless and stay safe.
I read your words just as Mr. Rollins spoke them. Wow!

Never.
Nope Never Kent is the man
Something about those chili dogs just hit different, like on one hand, you're sweating up a storm but on the other hand, your mouth is in pure heaven.
Love how Kent never forgets to reward his biggest fans -- the pets!
Nice to see y'all..courage, hope and faith, and gumption. Can't wait for my hot sauce I ordered 😋
We're all pets man
That's half the fun of cooking. I'll make a steak for the wife and I and then a flank steak for the doggos.

Hello Suzy..... how are you doing ?
As a Texan, grilling is a part of life.
Yeah they're not allowed to grill in other states.
As a native Texan I agree 100%!
As a native mid westerner residing in the Kansas City area, real bbq is a way of life
@@cletusspucklerstablejeaniu1059 What about the Carolinas or the Kansas City part of Missouri? Or is that barbecue?
@@cletusspucklerstablejeaniu1059 Nobody said they're not allowed to.
Kent, you made those chili dogs look really delicious and must be so tasty too and Shannon must love them also and can't get enough.

Kent
I can't even describe the sound I made when I saw him assemble those masterpieces 😂
Lol. It look good. That's for sure.
I will make these. I have never had a chili dog I did not ruin a shirt with by chili dripping on it. Thank you so much. Give all the four legged dogs a pet for me and a " hi" to Shannon. The chili looked thick but not dry. Glad you use Dukes, it is the best.
I am going to cook those this weekend! Those look really delicious! Thank you for this recipe, Kent! God bless y'all ☺
