Mr. Lucas Brar can I request a full version of the bossa nova versión please!
i'm one of your tier 2 patron , but can't find this song tabs?
Song's Tabs please.. i beg you T_T

Instablaster.
More like can't stop believing how incredibly versatile you are at your instrument and your depth of knowledge and ability in all genres. Well done!
Thanks very much Luke!
@@LucasBrar you re missing flamenco :(
are you saying 10 genres is "all genres"?
@@mysteriousstranger2477 umm..no "in all genres that were presently performed".
Yeah and on top of that he gave us 10 variations just like promise may be we may get a bonus or a part 2 of this after
In a perfect world, we'd have full versions of each one of these.
In the imperfections are the beautiful things
Yes. Plz pay $5 per mounth for the full trial
But this is not a perfect world
and Lucas could express & have his musical talent appreciated without having to do so through meme culture. what a world we live in

The satire is great and amusing. But … the pure musicianship of this is STUNNING
My guitar's staring me like "bro u cant even play the first one"
I don’t even have a guitar so can’t relate 😏
Omg the tears😅😭🤣
As a brazilian guy is always nice to see you playing Bossa Nova.
Agree.

Yeeees thought the same
Same here!
Porque é todo mundo BR e msm assim vcs tão falando em inglês?
Elvis is so fucking awesome that he’s a music style.
The Satie one was on point! You started playing and I said to myself “hey, this kinda sounds like gymnopedie”
I can hear Davie 504 say: the triple camera guy!
🤣
He not using pick, so he is EPIC
But he is using guitar so it is not so cool!

as a pianist, I can confirm that the classical musicians were extremely accurate to their styles
Yeah he's a classical guitarist. No need for another intrumentist confirmation lol.
Just as someone who plays guitar more than twenty years this is on point.
I could binge this channel all day🤟🏽🙌🏽
Oh boy, that Elvis version was unexpectedly spectacular and heartwarming.
I really appreaciate that you named the actual people who wrote the song instead of just naming Elvis.
The composers and lyricists who create these amazing pieces of art often go unnoticed in comparison to the interpreters.
4:05 it is very beautifully sung!)
I am from the latitudes of Piazzolla (Buenos Aires). I was raised listening to Tango, Bossa and Jazz. I must tell you that you were able to perfectly capture the essence of what Piazzolla would have done as a musical arrangement. Congratulations
Yo soy del norte pero el arreglo " a lo piazzola" también me ha encantado.
Lets not ignore the fact that he is basically all those 10

This gentleman may very well be the best guitarist that I’ve ever seen.
Impressionism/Avant Garde style sound is magnificent
Classic and romantic style was killer

Baroque was unbelievable ❤️
JOÃO GILBERTO LUTO!
???
@@nicolasmistro9464 João Gilberto died last year. Luto, in Portuguese, mean mourning.

Luto in Philippines means cook

Oh man. All I keep thinking is "this would be so much easier on piano"... Mad props to your guitar and arranging skills!
Man im on the same track as you hahaha, damm pianists. Btw great arranging and interpretation!
@@berkeumutsahinturk921 I play both instruments. Anything that has counter-point will always be so much easier on piano that on guitar, simply because you have to hands to play diferent lines, and on guitar you have to use both hands just to make one line, so playing 2 lines requieres a lot of planing and hand stretching. Of course I am not saying "piano is easy", if you play advanced piano pieces they are extremely hard, and makes a lof of use of the 2-hand independence that make the instrument so rich.
Berke Umut Şahintürk
dude. it would be. you need, like, three hands to play this on guitar. ideally four.
this one uses very standard chord progressions that's usually practiced on guitar. It might be harder on piano esp with the baroque and classical. The one that looked challenging was the Ellington version. (in fact he used open position for Duke's lick LOL), this is impressive arrangement nevertheless.
@@DWScores counterpoint is not really THAT hard on guitar though. If you practice from the beginning with classical method then you'll get used to most intervals in different keys same as you would in piano, even stretching wouldn't matter perse since you'll have been sight reading dozens of pieces and already got used to all kinds of stretch.
Some counterpoint would be harder on piano, like ones with huge leaps (8ves,9s,12s...), on the other hand doing them on guitar is much much easier.
I'd say it depends on the pieces, this one has really standard progression, I say its easier on the guitar except the Duke version.
from Vietnam with love, thanks for playing such a peaceful music
can't argue with how precise the impression of the original is

Wow that Gilberto style was on point!!
I love how the melody got completely unrecognizable and only Piazzolla remained in that tango lol. Amazing arrangements 🙌
Love the tango’s version, hug from Argentina 🇦🇷
4:21 playing all of the styles plus showing the middle finger. If this would be facebook, I will give you SUPER HEART like
Definitely the best part. 04:16. 👏
Wht an artist ...guitar is like a paint brush , canvas, colors
To be able to sing like Mraz is a nice compliment. He’s one of the best.
This should be a genre of music. One song in 10 styles. Wow this was amazing and the guitar playing is mind blowing as always.
Finally we understand what happened to Elvis. He is alive, he is alive and has a youtube channel!
Can't control myself to like the video
my favs (not in order):
impressionism, jazz & bossanova
Lucas, more Elvis impersonation might be a goldmine! And thanks for the mindblowing guitarists videos. My humble recommendation is 2 guitarists who play mesmerizing Balkan music, Miroslav Tadic, and Jonathan Boudreault.
baroque style show ups = instant like
I keep coming back to this video and the other ones.. it's just too good
Lucas- You deserve 6million views for this! Tremendous musical exploration. You really are an impressive musician!
You are probably the most versatile and interesting musician I've seen, sooo good!!

I love the bossa nova version even if i really appreciate the singing versions. You're a very good singer too. 😊
These "different styles"-recordings are SO entertaining! Obiously you've put a lot of effort into this, and you nail it so hard! (speaking as an aspiring guitarist)

Great walk through the history of music and styles through a single song. You're a great musician, interpreter, arranger, and singer! Bravo! 👏👏👏
I can’t stress it enough how talented you are. I aspire to be like you one day, although I find it impossible. You truly are an inspiration and you’ve got technique and deep musical knowledge as well that either helps me motivated or just keeps me from picking up my guitar.
