Can't believe how swanky Bed Sty has become, made possible by the fact that the buildings were meant to last and were built with respect for the working class. So, now they can be made into upscale apartments. These townhouses are very good for either a large family or for an urban Kibbutz.
Nice music to the video 🎥 show of the brownstone home is absolutely beautiful throughout the house; although I must admit that the kitchen and it's connection to open to that beautiful size porch/balcony is my most favorite about the brownstone along with the wood flooring throughout the brownstone home is 😍 loved.
This is quite an elegant place. With all bedrooms ensuite and on two different levels, this apartment is well set up for sharing. It's a bit of a hike to the subway and shopping, but doable for the young and fit. The current fad calls for stainless steel kitchen appliances, but white is much easier to keep looking clean. The amount of outdoor space is exceptional. This video is well done. It provides a clear picture of how the apartment is laid out and of all its important details. One word of advice: Videos should be made after the unit is cleaned. The grout around the bathtubs is in great need of scrubbing!

Think I would have extended the island top on the pantry side to have barstools. Definitely like having the washer/dryer on the bedroom level.
