It is kind of a late reply but he is probably referring to the pareto principle. "The 80-20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is an aphorism which asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event. " Wikipedia
Even if 20% stat is not correct , it doesn’t matters bcoz features is 3rd priority in funnel top priority should be value n service , without that features have no meaning
