Lets get started..

I love direct fire ribs. So tender
I definitely prefer spare to baby backs, but I can’t pass up a good sale price on pork to bbq. So we have lots. Thankfully the gfs family prefers them. Loving the Weber!
Such a beautiful color on that kettle bro! Ribs look good to go!
Thanks! Forgot how much fun cooking on the kettle was
I moved onto to a Weber kettle from a pellet grill too! Some people from Weber kettle forums use a Spider Grills Venom attachment for temp control. Pretty much best of both worlds from pellet to kettle.
I’ve seen that venom and it’s pretty awesome looking. I kind of like tending to the fire, but I can definitely see it as something really useful. I do have the slow n sear that is really handy keeping low temps
I've done the snake method a few times, it's great way to cook ribs. Nothing wrong with pull a part ribs. Nice looking ribs my friend!
I like a little more bite, but I also like spare vs baby back too. Can’t complain though, they were super tasty
Now that is a good lookin rib 😮😊😊 juicy and tender 😋 😊😊 thank you so much for sharing 👌 😊

Glad you enjoyed it! Super happy with the new Weber kettle!
Man, those were tender, I would have chowed down o those ribs. If the weather permits, I'm doing some ribs this weekend. Did you see the St Paddy's collaboration info?
Good luck! Another cold front up here but I’ll be out smoking a brisket tomorrow.
Saw the info, will def use the hashtag. Thanks for putting it together
@@UFOBBQ I enjoy doing them, thanks for jumping in and I'll put you on the playlist.
