4 runner just because it'll out last 5 of the bronxos .
Facts
lol. Truth
Opinions. Plus, not much to do with topic. Bronco only been out a very short time
I wouldn't get the bronco if it was half off msrp I value my hard earned money
Lies. Where's all the old models on the road.
I'd think what matters here is the shape of the body, 4runner is more like an Explorer, and the Bronco is more like a FJ Cruiser, not an expert but I think that distance between axles matters the most in this comparison
Not even close.
That's actually a good explanation
That bronco is longer than a fj cruiser
I love Toyota ❤❤❤❤
4Runner all day!
4 runner performed better particularly considering that its not just an off-roader.
Those are both so cool. They did a great job on the aesthetics of the new bronco.
Not much difference here. This couldn’t prove which one is better except at this challenge. You’d pretty much have to use the same driver as well. Driver skill is half of the battle. These trucks, especially modified, will provide most with successful results. There are many more challenges than this one
Same. I really saw not much difference.
Any car that has both front and rear lockers will be capable.
Bronco jamas escogeria una runner sobre esa tecnologica bronco ademas su modelo es hermoso y no aburrido como la otra mucho mas simple donde quiera que ballas si llegas en un bronco sorprendes en cambio😂en la otra no
RUNNER
4runner only❤❤
Atrac is slower to kick in. If the 4Runner had locking rear diffs it probably wouldn’t have spun at all. It will be interesting to see how the Bronco holds up over time. The Toyota is time tested.
I don't think the Toyota is time tested, that's an old thing about it which is not that often anymore
Who knows. But I think most enthusiasts here are concerned about off roading experiences rather than Consumer Reports data.
4runners have rear locking differentials and Toyotas 40+ years of global off roading experience behind it . Most sane of roaders will pick a Yoda any day 😂
That 4Runner is a trd off road it has a rear locker.
@@leofhr2966the 4Runner uses 1GR 4.0L engine since 2003 up to now so I don’t know what you’re saying about time tested.
There is not one single ford product that is better than a toyota, ever....period....end of story....goodbye!!!
Is that why Toyota, Chevy, and Ram all copy Ford?? Toyota’s are good vehicles but they are way overrated.
@@bigbubba357m Why don't you mention how Henry Ford copied Carl Benz? I've owned and still own multiple Toyotas with over 480k miles and they run as strong as the day I bought them. I bought arguably the best Ford (a 99 7.3). That thing was the biggest POS I've ever owned. No mechanics even wanted to touch it lol. Thing was breaking constantly. Toyotas are made with bolts. Fords are made with cheap plastic clips holding everything together and the wiring design was made, shall I say by someone with afew extra chromosomes. Sold it and it blew up on the guy driving it home. Ford sucks. Go to a junkyard and compare how many Yotas there are compared to Fords...lol. Toyotas are probably the best rigs to buy. All newer vehicles suck with all their electronic crap. But the 80's,90's and early 00' Yotas are built to last!
When your father has a toyota😂:
@@amiroosm634 I am the father with the Toyota.
4 all day!
Toyota! ❤
One is made in Japan in a legendary factory and will cost you 48k. One is assembled in America with Mexican-made parts and will cost you 70k and be lucky to go 75k miles without major issues and recalls.
Are you a Texan and vote against the American brand?! 😂 Now that's something! I really like the old Broncos though, especially the 3rd gen.(80-86) Greetings from Europe! 👋
@@TAURON85the American brands are no longer. They outsource all the parts then assemble them in America and market them American made. Then the money goes to the feds and they give it to Ukraine.
Was the toyota unlocked at first and then locked? Second clip of the Toyota seemed like the rear was locked and it had no trouble
Land Cruiser
I don't understand why don't have A-track connected all the time and wait until get to the obstacle to engage A-track 😢😢😢😢😢 is so thumb
Some people don't like staying in 4 low the whole time they are on the trails. I rarely use 4 low in my 4 Runner but when I do its to use ATRAC.
This proves that the 4Runner is better.
How? Because it completes the obstacle the same as the bronco, but its far cheaper.
I mean bronco base model isn’t too expensive. But I see what you saying
I don't see how the Bronco is expensive when this is one of the lower trims, it's literally easy to get a cheap Bronco
That’s a stretch. Are we going to award a win to a lesser known small college team and say they are better in a tie football game, or even if the winning team only wins by 3 points? Lol
Ford = found on road dead.😢
@@jeansandmyshirt So funny I forgot to laugh
I think they're both trail killers in their own way
The bronco is better, more power and cooler and also more capable.
the best Ford is worse then the worst Yota
@@jraddd3477 off road? Bring me any toyota that can off road at high speed better than a bronco Raptor.
All you toyota fan boys know how tp say is, but, but, but Toyota reliability.
All Toyotas are good for is calling themselves “overlanders”, slapping a big ugly tent on its roof and going 35 mph on very mild graded road, oh but all like to add the Raptor lights on the grill. 😂😂😂
4runners are hella slow and underpowered, Tacomas are also slow and uncomfortable, and now Tundras sound like lawnmowers. Show me a Tundras thats faster than the fastest F150, or a Tacoma thats faster than the fastest Ranger.
Also FYI Ford just raced and won a Raptor R and a bronco Raptor in the Baja 1000 in november.
But, but, but Toyota reliability 😂😂😂
@@jibrilthegreat35 🤣🤣🤣 Uh Oh! Our first hurt Fordgina lol. Show my a Ford that will last over 1-200k miles. Show me raptor that can take a 3 foot jump without breaking its frame in half lol. Remember how Toyotas didn't halt production and back orders cause they were out of Chinese ECU's? LOL. Remember how Toyota didn't need a bailout? "Oh well neither did Ford" you might say. Oh they did, they just took it from private investors which they haven't paid back and are about to go under because of it LOL. "But they Raptor is fast you say. vroom, vroom. Neat. You can have either power or reliability and yotas built for low compression to last so your vehicle doesn't turd out before you even pay it off haha. Funny how Toyotas have less power but the internals are still built to handle more power than a Fords "from the factory with "high horsepower." Yotas are also built to run on piss in third world countries. Ford runs LIKE piss. lol. Oh but BAJA 100 but, but....Thats nifty that a built Raptor or whatever won. But funnier how STOCK Toyotas are the camera vehicles for that as well as every other endurance race LOL. I'll put my 80 series against your Raptor or Bronco any day on a trail. Let's do a real trail. Not what you think a trail is from what you described lol. How many times has a 1980s Yota won King of the Hammers. lol. How many times has a Ford? And the Baja 100 has also been won by Toyotas lol. Ford=Found on Road Dead remember.
Also, compare the resale value of a Yota and Ford and that tells you right there. Guess who also made the worlds 'worst' cars according to customer and manufacturing statistics. Give ya a hint, it starts with the letter F.
Sour grapes
@@jibrilthegreat35I don’t think anybody wanna go at high speed while off roading bud unless you wanna max out your repair bills. I’d take the slow ass reliable car than going redlining thru the woods. It’s not a race to the campsite lol
Bronco ❤❤❤❤
Drivers are the answer that’s
O ford bronco. Teve menos esfoço passou mais tranquilo
Bronco is in competition of prado. 4runner is baby. Let toyota give a real taste to ford.
No one can beat the 4Runner's reliability, especially not a Ford. I'm sorry these are just facts
Yet we see tons of old Broncos from the 80s and 90s around, way more of them driving around that 80s and 90s 4runners 😂😂😂😂
@@jibrilthegreat35 do you? Let's see some data. Sorry you got butt hurt because you know it's true 🤣. Especially Ford nowadays
@@turborsx5740 butt hurt? 😂😂😂 its a fact way more broncos and blazers from the 80s and 90s are still on the road being used as daily drivers, I hardly ever see any old 4runners around. They were especially ugly and underpowered anyway.
Toyota little fan boy dont like hearing facts, thats a fact. 😂 does that hurt your feelings rice burner loving fan boy?
@@jibrilthegreat35 I actually drive a Nissan Xterra lol. Where's your data? Oh you should look up this Ford Super Duty having two different headlights put on it, so it's not just reliability, quality control too lol that's so bad lol. Rice burner? That's the best you can come up with? Do some research dummy. Actually research something like "top 10 worst car brands" bet you a Ford will be on there. Read the other comments here too lol. Boom mic drop!
@@jibrilthegreat35 what data do you have to prove this? All the consumer reports data is the complete opposite of the opinion you're posting. The only Broncos I see from the 90s have had thousands of dollars of repairs done to keep them on the road. I shoot with a guy once a month who has a 92 4Runner with 900,000 miles on it. The original engine lasted 650k and the original tans lasted 500k.
The one that won't break a tierod
Same
We all saw it was the 4runner but Ford fan boys are gonna say otherwise
Nah RW DRIVE is life
FORD
TOYOTA
Toyta 🤫
Toyota! Reasons why? How much time you got buddy?🤣
SO YOU GO SLOWER ON THE BRONCO
I'll 100% have the Toyota over the Ford, it's not even funny.
Nobody ever talks about how 4runners are just boring. I dont care if they last 300k miles. I dont want to drive 300k boring miles.
Sure. Boeing is a subjective thing, while reliability is a fact.
@4WDisLife Did you judge the reliability of the 4Runner on a 3 year time frame? Because I'm a member of damn near any Bronco group you can find and there are plenty of owners over 100k with basic maintenance just fine. So I feel like there is alot of assumptions and defensiveness in the comments.
Bottom line is if you're happy with your purchase then be happy with it. I chose a Bronco because I like the vintage look and history. Nothing about Toyota makes me excited to buy.
@@boondockwest304 thats fine you feel that way about toyota, as I said, the look and feel part is personal and subjective. And to answer your question, no I didnt just assume its reliable, I know, I had a 2004 4runner that has well over 200k miles and still runs like a charm, most my 4runner friends are all into their 150-200k miles phase and no hickups at all, I do love the look of the Bronco a lot more but personally I'd prefer ultimate reliability over look. Not saying Bronco is unreliable but just have these two compared, I'd say 4runner is more reliable. Cheers.
Mahindra Marshal can beat both of this kids 😅
Toyota people are biased. Because they dont know how to work on their own cars. So they just talk about how reliable they are. I dont EVER.! See them bragging about them driving their prius or corolla. Why.? Its the most hated car on the internet.
Lol. Smart folks drive Corollas. Poor folks with large car payments drive Fords.
@@tx611 college students. And old people drive them. Boring folks. Lifes too short to drive boring cars is how i see it.
Bronco ❤❤❤
Ford = found on road dead.😢
Yet theres tons of 30 and 40 year old broncos driving around. Heck my brother has a 35 year old bronco, that still has the original 351 and its hes daily. 😂😂😂😂 his is a 1989 with a front end conversion, and it has over 300K miles
@@jibrilthegreat35 You know Ford is trash when people brag about making it to 300k. That's routine for a basic Toyota. Made in Japan > Made in Mexico
@@tx611 except the new ones, haha the new toyotas with turbos are dropping like flies 😂😂besides son, Im proud of my american made brands, Id buy a chevy, or heck even a dodge before sending my money to Japan. Heck, my friends Tundra 3.5L took a dump at 40K miles, he says he is ready to go back to chevy. 😂😂😂
@@jibrilthegreat35ford surpassed Tesla last year as the leading manufacturer for recalls in the United States. Ford is not an American company. They are assembled in America with parts from Mexico and China. The money is then given to the US government who sends it to Ukraine and illegals. Honda ranked as the No. 1 most American brand in 2022, Toyota was second, Acura was third. Ford and Chevy were not in the top 10. The ratings are based on the number of parts used in the vehicles that are actually made in America. Have a good one.
Bronco From 80 not 2024😢
Bronco is still a Ford 🍋
