I paid $5400 for it, no air, no power windows, vinyl seats, etc. It was good to about 150,000 miles and just was falling apart. My best truck I owned was a Ford 1989 Ranger again a stripped model, and paid $7200 for it out the door. I got 267,000 miles out of it before it wore out and would not pass inspection. It was a wonderful truck with 5 speed stick on the floor. Today you cannot buy a basic truck anymore, and the Ford Ranger now has blown up to be a four door which I would not own. @nathanmcdonald610 4 is 4 . What's the difference ? Yes hope to achieve those factory power numbers people like premium fuel because it's prices are insane. Sure put regular but then your losing 20% of the power. Especially with that turbo
@@Ken-qq6gp A 4 is a 4 just like a 6 a 6 or 8 an 8 regardless of it's cylinder configuration, but when you're going to comment about perceived problems of a vehicle it helps people take you seriously if you at least know the basics like for example how extraordinarily uncommon a "V4" engine configuration is comparatively to the wide spread use of the I4 configuration. Secondly, this is a performance vehicle, people who spend the money to own and drive one of these likely have very little concern about the fact that it requires premium fuel. That's like someone buying a Ferrari and then bitching because it has to have 93 octane. If your biggest concern is fuel mileage and octane requirement than the chances are the Bronco Raptor isn't very high on your list to begin with. There are plenty of more mild mannered vehicles out there both turbo and naturally aspirated that will operate just fine on regular 87 octane and get better mileage thus suiting your needs better.
Many of your points are why so few people in Hermosillo Mexico drive the Broncos despite being made there.. for me the ridiculous vehicle width is only emphasized to even higher insult by the fender extension stupidity that looks like something from eBay or AutoZone that you would stick on your Toyota Tercel to make it look badass.. which can't be done. Ford should sell the black fender plastic to Prius owners so two vehicles look as silly
Are the Braptors made in Mexico? Just asking because the regular full size bronco made here in America but honestly have no idea where the raptors are being produced
Heavy vehicles have a Section 179 deduction cap of $30,500 in 2024. Let us say you finance a $50,000 heavy SUV and use it 100% for your small business. You could deduct $30,500 under Section 179. A regular depreciation percentage applies sometimes, but only a tax professional can confirm this.
My bruthas. What you need to do is take a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and smash the drivetrain and electronics of the new hybrid Tacoma or Tundra into it. You’ll have a monster. 🎉

This vehicle is wasteful of space, resources and money, it's impractical, it's weirdly over-indulgent, and it's stupidly polluting. Ford doesn't care, and apparently Raptor buyers don't care either. 🤷♂️ Also, it's demonstrably unfit for purpose. (Would a farmer buy a Dodge Challenger for his farm vehicle? No - that would be brainless!) Nevertheless, here you are.... 🙄

And it sounds way better. 0 to 60 in 4.7 seconds. And it cost me $4780 when I bought it brand new in December 1973. Was that Fargo Canyon in the Coachella Valley?

Just more youtubers who bought the IN car for views then realized it was time to move on.
that was the worst open/closed valve demo 💀
This machine is just too big, much too wide and way too expensive. No, it won't tip over like the Bronco II did but it's also way more complex.
Cool vehicle, but an active exhaust on a V6? As if you want to hear it
Heavy vehicles have a Section 179 deduction cap of $30,500 in 2024. Let us say you finance a $50,000 heavy SUV and use it 100% for your small business. You could deduct $30,500 under Section 179. A regular depreciation percentage applies sometimes, but only a tax professional can confirm this.
Nice vid bro
Replace it with the Ineos!
Yes, good choice.
My bruthas. What you need to do is take a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and smash the drivetrain and electronics of the new hybrid Tacoma or Tundra into it. You’ll have a monster. 🎉
Keep it, it’s irreplaceable , it’s like nothing in the market, unless if you’re going for a G class
Again, I ask: why not put a V8 engine with twin turbos?
Got an ad for a 2024 bronco on this video 😂
A Honda Civic could have handled the terrain in your video.
Too funny! Love this!
Get a Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro!
for the 99.9% hauling stuff around a 2024 Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna would be ideal!
Man I love the new Bronco 😁🙌🏽🔥
In other words, it neatly sums up what Murrrca simply _refuses_ to grasp about the world around it.
This vehicle is wasteful of space, resources and money, it's impractical, it's weirdly over-indulgent, and it's stupidly polluting.
Ford doesn't care, and apparently Raptor buyers don't care either. 🤷♂️
Also, it's demonstrably unfit for purpose. (Would a farmer buy a Dodge Challenger for his farm vehicle? No - that would be brainless!)
Nevertheless, here you are.... 🙄
Toyota Land Cruiser next?
let's be honest the main issue with this thing is the price 100k for a ford
Dude, your video just showed up on my UA-cam feed. I’m also from Oregon so I had to subscribe anyway I definitely hope that the bronco Raptors do depreciate a couple years cause I would love to have one for less than 100 grand
O let me see if I got this right …… you bought an expensive car and your main gripe was that it ……… was expensive? Brilliant analysis
I can't look at a banana without thinking of Lizzo.
I'm sorry. That sound of a six cylinder just doesn't get it.
Wow. My stroked Big Block 440, with a Six Pack, in my '74 Dodge Power Wagon, makes more horsepower (right at 600) and gets better gas mileage (if I keep it off the outboard carbs) than that thing. And it sounds way better. 0 to 60 in 4.7 seconds.
And it cost me $4780 when I bought it brand new in December 1973.
Was that Fargo Canyon in the Coachella Valley?
I like owning my home. I don't need an overpriced Bling truck , when I can pay off the house instead . You could build your Beastie for much less and not cry when you break it. No Thanks . Even cheaper used you have breakdowns and Maint.
Oh god I am about to get a bronco but i am getting a big bend… Should I worry about that or is it different since is a different trim? I want to make a good decision since I need to change the car I have because I MADE A BAD DECISION already with that one 😂 if anybody has experience with Bronco Big bend please let me know.
12mpg is like a super car mileage.
How many Fools would pay 75k+ to jump ditches and climb rocks ???
I was thinking of the Bronco with the 2.7. However, they can keep that plastic oil pan.
How is it for just everyday daily driving? I'm looking at the Bronco Raptor hard as a do everything daily driver. And a forever vehicle.
My wife loves her Braptor. We paid cash, certainly wouldn't want to finance. This thing can handle anything off road. Including the Baja 1000
Um, how about another Bronco, but maybe a wildtrek or badlands... not as much money, better fuel, and still just as fun!
Did he say "Super Car Truck" ?
LOL... that FORD is as ugly as a beetle. Fanboys all over will be crying now that you admit,
it is a goofy vehicle. Good suspension, nice stance, but .. .really. Water-resistant seats, so you and your passengers
no longer need to wear diapers? Did he say "drives like a sports car" ? LOL ... The price, you got screwed. A few years from now, it will be 25K.
We will eventually look like Cuba with old cars being on the streets much longer and newer cars being a much lower percentage of the vehicles on our roads.
Fuel range is a deal breaker for me. Way too small to explore the desert or good trails
