The Fleaman + Bat Company combo is a shoutout to the eagles from the old Castlevania games. They would fly across the screen while dropping Fleamen on you.
I see quite a few people have already mentioned the Alura Une thing so I won't, but there is actually something that makes the Guillotiner & Minidevil more useful, which is that Minidevil's position can be controlled with to touchscreen, effectively letting you use Guillotiner anywhere on screen, which is pretty great considering how good Guillotiner is. As a bonus touchscreen gimmick, I think you can also control Abaddon's locusts with the touchscreen, making it even more effective than it already is.
Very neat, I only knew about the Skull archer + Almeric sniper combo. Although a neat bonus on Alura une is you can actually force it to attack enemies using the touch screen too. Really boosts its usability.
You can tap the bottom screen to direct Alura Une, and it attacka faster this way, so you attack and kill whatever before being interrupted without needing Dead Crusader
The Mini Devil is actually way stronger than it appears. You can manually send the familiar anywhere with the touch screen, essentially giving a full screen range Guillotiner.
For the Alamaric + Skull Archer, you can use the Boomerang Skull Soul to increase the damage from the arrow of both souls o/ That's the combo I use to beat the last boss in the game
Another trick with this if you're using it with a heavy weapon like great sword or axe, if you quickly let go and repress R (disable reenable Black Panther), it cancels your attack which is good for using just before landing to cancel out the landing lag.

The needles are a reference to the "option" powerups of Gradius, another game from Konami. The fish head attack resembles missiles/bombs.

You can also use Skeleton Ape to throw certain Bullet Souls like Puppet Master or Axe Armor farther.

How much damage does it do? And does its scale per level?
@@Mr_G0dzi11a_22 according to the wiki, you increase your damage by 50% + gain more speed at all throwing weapon. But it doesn't lvlup

Those frozen shade combos are pretty nice; I'll probably try them next time I play DoS.
You can actually attack with any weapon when using Sonic Dash/Black Panther, as long as you're in the air
