This case will be overturned on Appeal. Imagine how many hundred of innocent men sit in Waupun because of this narcissist DA and his soulless minions, like Binger, purely interested in career stats versus justice. Do you know where Kenosha is? Kenosha is a small city that is a ghetto of crime and corruption, 55 miles south of the upper class, crime free paradise, also known as horse country or Mequon. This is all about an angry woman seeking custody, who got dumped by a guy RG, who owed way too many people, a lot of money and chose to not pay his debts.

    It's kind of funny how the guy asked the judge, "How much time do I have?" And after he made his comments, the judge went ahead and took ALL THE TIME he wanted. I like this judge. He seems very caring, professional, and sincere. ❤

      but the position of thier soul will dictate how effortless or not it will be.

    i absolutely love judge shroeder. The whole nation now knows and loves him for his humanity, his empathy, his compassion, and his ability to be *fair* and unbiased. Judge Shroeder is the epitome of the scales of justice. Every trial treated as though it’s the one and only, most important decision, not of his own life, but of the victims life, and that of the defendant that stands before him. Firm, yet fair.

    I’ve never seen a defense lawyer look at their client like she does. And did you notice how he was writing notes and she was reading along with him. Seems too close of a relationship to me. Very intimate throughout the whole trial. Unprofessional relationship

      @@carrietaylor6658 I think a lot of people see it. My grandparents ran an organization for visiting long-term prisoners. There were a few slick inmates who conned female visitors into falling in love with them. Some got married and helped their spouses get out earlier. In one heartbreaking case, a visitor fell in love with an inmate, married him, supported his efforts to get out. Once he was on the outside, she got pregnant, gave birth, and a few months later, he was arrested with the dead infant in a suitcase.

      Imagine being 65 miles removed from a murder scene when the murder takes place and convicted for the crime. Kenosha is a corrupt city and has thrown hundreds into prison, with no evidence. Those juries must all be relatives.

    I used to work for this old man that, when an employee would go to him for a raise ... he would yap about stuff and talk you in circles .. then all of a sudden all you want to do is run out of his office... this reminds me of that.... if i was zach ...id be like " JUST THROW ME IN JAIL AND STOP YAPPING"...

    There is a cure for "old people" in prison who have probably murdered or raped kids which is why they are in prison so long. Kick start the death penalty as society does not need to feed and house monsters like that. What for??

      History has shown that the death penalty devalues life even further, costs just as much money as a life sentence, and was ineffective as a deterrent. In fact, it gives rapist a motive to kill their victims. It would be one thing if it worked, but it didn’t.

    I think his kids’ mom framed him. She was jealous that her new boyfriend was seeing other women and Zach was too controlling and she hired someone and put some of the victims DNA in the van

    There was certainly reasonable doubt. I am not convinced of his innocence but I'm not convinced of his guilt

    Haven't watched the trial, but I just watched extended interview of GF and some of Zach and not convinced about his guilt. She was not a model mom or GF or even a person. She had connections so she could have had it done and frame XBF.

      This is a real example of a botched case. I wish the defense attorney had driven the alleged route herself on a Sunday night at 10:30 pm. There are in excess of 1200 cameras. It is 53 miles and 14 are non highway, with lower speed limits. Mario Andretti could not drive that in 39 minutes.

    I think that he is innocent. I just have a very strong feeling that he is innocent. Just because he stalked his ex girlfriend doesn't make him a killer. His daughter has ruined his life. That's why he was looking at her pulling face's because the mother has manipulated her daughter.

    Where are all of the investigations into the guy supposed to be missing??
    All of the other Facebook dating women, I'm searching and have found nothing apart from this same couple, Sadie and Zack
    I don't understand why there isn't other investigations, from the Multiple women this missing guy was involved with???
    Why isn't there Multiple investigations of many women??.

Ppl talk about how he explains sustainments and overrules to the jury BUT I think it influences them to truly disregard something that is said that’s sustained whereas ppl are told disregard but as humans we have heard it, it’s in our brain but with the explanation it makes sense as to why it should be disregarded giving the defendant a more fair trial

      Would be, but think about the type of individuals who commit these crimes in the first place. They're often arrogant, selfish, liars, sociopaths with no conscience or empathy, etc, so yes, while a genuine apology might be nice, not likely to occur with these individuals, my friend😢. They're often only sorry for themselves, and everything they do, self serving

      I've never seen a victim of crime or the family of a victim of crime accept an apology or the expressed remorse from a defendant. By no means am I taking up for a defendant, but when a majority of them don't own what they did, the one's that did I think they might mean it.

      The timeline and travel time to Mequon make this alleged crime, impossible for Zach, to have carried out. I doubt the Judge or Prosecutor know where Mequon is located. It is far away from the ghetto called Kenosha. The missing man lived in that ghetto and owed a lot of people, a lot of money. Not paying your debts is a calculation. Sleeping with multiple women each week is also a calculation. Carrying out a crime and leaving no forensic evidence, is the signature of professionals. The dots are easy to connect, unless the authorities are running with a different agenda.
