ikr!!! WTF? Judges should be clear and concise in their sentencing but imo, the Jury should give the sentence if they find the defendant guilty and should give an award from the state to the defendant if they find the state and all it$ resources$ did not make their case. If the Jury thinks the Prosecutor$ office was negligent in bringing false charges against the innocent defendant, then the Jury should be the ONE to PENALize the procustor$ office as they did not work for the public's best interest and should pay for their dereliction of duties! as the Judge won't do it and yer reps on the hILLs$ won't do it so the Jury must work for justUS for the victims of the stATE!

I believe this man is guilty, but i dont believe the case was proven. I have no doubt that many prisoners in our prisons are innocent. My own brother is serving 15 years to life for a crime he didn't commit. I just believe that a little evidence would have gone a long way. They proved stalking but i dont believe they proved murder or disposition of a corpse. His appeals will be denied, most likely because our system is broken, but he would've had a good case for appeal in a fair system. He's definitely an angry man and most likely did it, but our courts are supposed to function based on evidence.

There’s way too many people in that room. This is just what my perception tells me. I think you should redo this case . His daughter sounds like an attorney and Several times refers to him as dad and defendant back-and-forth. Also, there’s weird noises throughout the courtroom., frequencies feel really weird… that picture of him in the closet that could be a doppelgänger. It could be doctored. It’s not close enough to. It’s not enough evidence here to sentence the man without really really looking at a closer.
