when i try to connect

Can i connect the ECU individually without connecting it to the bike?

Does the powertronic unit have to be plugged into the loom and the bike running to power it while using R Tune?
The PowerTRONIC is USB powered and does not have to be connected to the bike in order to be powered on.
@@RaceDynamicsIndia Thanks guys. I've bought a KTM Duke 390 second hand with a powertronic ECB already installed. I'm not sure what gen it is or what map it is set at. Duke has IXIL exhaust and K&N air filter so I need to get a map for this setup if possible. I'll email you. I'm in Australia.
Please share how to map or program powertronic 3.0

@@racedynamics6237 Excellent, Thank you. Because I have an issue already. As soon as I put the bike into 1st gear (with the PT orange unit connected) the bike stalls???
Ok, for the record... and anybody else reading this post (if you have a BS4/Euro4 compliant bike) the relays in the electrical box are 5 pin. The replacement relays in the PT box are 4 pin. THIS is why the bike stalls when being put into 1st gear. I swapped the 5 pins back in and all is working great. Prashant on the above number has been great and I believe PT will be sending out the correct replacement relays! Thank you. I'll keep this post updated.

Can the software be installed to macbook?
We do not have the application on MAC, you will have to install the same on a Windows computer.

@@willyangabrigo1174 We are not sure of the same as the drivers will not be supported. We recommend you try to get a windows laptop from a friend or family for the same.
