@@arundesai9006 he meant that he made the terrain which was not suitable for this track.. so he normally in any videos doesn't make any mistakes they are all so perfect but this caught him off guard

The industrial zone is a work of art traffic flow wise .....
I have to say that industry is one of the few places where a few mods and a few custom assets are absolutely a must, such as surface painter to fill the gaps in the pavement lots, adding parking stripings (or even parking lots) around the industrial area, a few custom warehouses for variety, etc. It makes a huge difference. If I were told "pick any 10 custom assets and any 5 mods and build a city" they'd almost all go toward industry :-)
Industry DLC makes a huuuuuuge difference, but it still needs that tiny bit of extra to truly shine.

17th december '20 : game is FREE ON EPIC GAMES.
Me: productivity for the rest of the month goes down to zero.
I got the free epic games version too back then but later on I got the steam version with some dlcs.

For optimal flow, i think the traffic through the cargo terminals has to go the other direction so trucks aren't crossing in front of each other.

You show that you don’t need mods to make the game look nice, and its epic
except he is using mods. Graphical mods to remove the pollution and smog, to correct the map lighting, keep demand on all tiers at max, and another so the trees don't die in industrial zones.. But the lighting, anti-pollution and tree's one are standards for Imperatur in every city.

I like to detail my industrial area with the ground cover tiles for the parks. Some look like stones. Plus you can zone right on top of them for a seamless transition from building to ground. Would love to see what you could do with that idea

From what I can tell, only one of those freight stations will be used for exports.
And mine always cause high traffic.
you can use both, just increase budget for train in finance tab

no bypass for the cargo stations? Why have two of them so close to each other on the same line? Won't that cause train jams?

There are plenty of good maps on the workshop for example, but you can start with the Two river’s map from the base game it‘s pretty decent:)

I built the perfect industrial district. Takes up practically a whole area and handles MONSTER traffic. It involves A LOT of bypasses and direct highway access even into the industrial district for ease of traffic flow. Doesn't look nasty or unrealistic either.

3:43 that happened to me as well and i was confused for about 5 min. I tried everything: road anarchy, move it,... but I didn't work until I found the issue.
Well even the mighty Imperatur makes mistakes, he is human. hahaha! Trying to attach the metro rail, glad you left that in. I would agree about the ugly vanilla industry buildings. I have very few in my current city and am using the industry DLC primarily. Although the way you mixed it in makes me rethink. Then again, all your vids make me rethink....... One question though, wouldn't the vanilla industry buildings eventually pollute the land and make the nearby fertile land for the farming industry unusable?

The Trainstation is not optimal. The one-lane-street needs to come from the other side. In your way exiting cars are struggling with entering cars.
