    Hey everyone, how are you? Today, we are practising for expansion. Expansion of fire element which keeps our all the organs alive and in good functioning. This fire in Ayurveda called Agni and in Yoga, it is known as. Aushwanar ( the bame of shiva) These practises are not only for fire to be expanded, but also develop the consciousness on manipura chakra one of the seven Chakra, your body. This energy centre is responsible to take care of all the digestive process, including the soft nourishment of the tissue. The practice which we are choosing today is focused on stomach. We are doing the series of the posture which is targeting the centre body. Today practice is beneficial for.
    - Yoga for digestion
    - Yoga for constipation
    - Yoga for improving metabolism
    - Yoga for diabetes
    - Yoga for fat loose

    Namaste guruji,
    I completed 13 days yoga challenge nt even miss one day also...m so greatful by doin 21 days of yoga with u sir.I HV backpain...can I do viparitakarani halasana?its nt comming to me,but I dnt know in these 13 days videos some days of video my back pain is sooo comfortable n flexible ,some days video I feel soo tight n nt soo comfortable I dnt know particularly which day video ...because of back pain can I do all asanas which ur goin to tell...
    21 days of yoga is very useful for mentally n physically ..ths s the real yoga ...the way of teaching is slow n easy at the same time strengthening ..I dnt knw perfect English but ur's English I can understand easily...ur a excellent yoga teacher
