Gonna be a one (1 ) for the color..... I am not a fan of green on vehicles. The mixing, the application and the skill I definitely rate a five but I just don't like the color.
4.5/5 a layer of candy teal or green would seal it. I’m loving the subtle mixes like this. Also loving the shots where the valleys of the creases of the bodywork are highlights.
Definite 5. Probably in the top 2 or 3 that I've seen you guys do. I need this on my car. It's still sort of flashy but in a subtle "I don't need your attention" kind of way. I've always considered it cool to have overkill power but not use it to show off and I think this has that vibe.
Definitely 5+++ looks amazing! I love how certain dark greens have a greyish look as well, to me it does. I love all your modern cars but I believe y'all should have some classics too, some of the colors you paint would look better on a classic vs modern vehicle. Also maybe do a raffle or something for people to get there car sprayed by you guys for free for the weekly paint job!
I would love to see you guys do a bunch of speed shapes mixing the black pearl with a bunch of higher shifts and see which can become a cool stealth version
Thank you so much for doing a dark combination. This is my new favorite BY FAR! Obviously I am voting a 5 on the freaking awesome totally perfect color. Thank you so very much.
The color is amazing, but i honestly believe the shape of a vehicle enhances the overall effect. So having said that, this colour will have a better effect on a sleeker shaped sport car. Also an interesting project i will like to see is a triple black hpyer gloss with black crystals in the finishing.
I really dig the satin finish; that seems to be a thing nowadays with car finishes. I also like how the green comes across almost as a highlight more than the actual color of the car.
Idk I think most factory cars coming in gloss finish is for a reason. I think it looks good depending on the color and car. But if a whole line up came in matte finish instead of high gloss, they'd probably lose business.
please please please use the _most orange metallic bronze base_ you have and layer a couple few coats of _pink candy_ on top and it should be a real nice surprise result…
Honestly a 3... the "satinness" of it I like, but I've actually been looking in the site and on UA-cam, I haven't seen a solid black=charcoal grey that has deep deep dark red flakes, like boat flakes. Most red flakes end up looking pink. Or even a black to dark red pearl/hypershift would be cool. Love what yall do. It's a true dream job
Definitely digging the flash of green and the fade into black. 5 for sure. I was a industrial painter and loved mixing my own color for in-house projects.
Stunning colour. Seen something similar before here in ozzy land. When I saw this particular vehicle I was admiring the green but as I walked passed. Large blue flecks caught my eye. U reminded me about this when u mentioned blue. I still give it a 5.
Love it solid 9 /5 it's got that solid low color to the point where anything that's black it just slightly shimmers it just ridiculously dark the green popped just to touch and on the top side of the blue touch is just a bit smoother than normal awesome all the way across nailed stealthy look
Great video. I give the colour a 5. To me, I play around with epoxy counter tops, tables etc. Anything that doesn't look good is just a chance to see what looks good to apply over it. One highlight I use, is getting a pearl type powder, and blowing over a piece.
Heey, that's the color of my 1992 Volvo 960, dark green, with a tiny bit of color shifting, this came out awesome. I love when it looks kinda black, and when you pass by it shows a little green, and when you turm your head to catch another glimpse, it's black again. --5--
This car looks good. The finish looks deep and the dog introduction of the green is awesome. I'd have to make the accents hi gloss to contrast the satin finish but that's not what the video is about. It's also a great base for a custom graphic since it's subtle but not boring. Another great video.
5. Definitely a 5. I've seen a few so far that I thought was the new favorite, but this one is it. Turned that Audi into a sinister Euro gangster mobile. Keep the interesting ones coming.
That's a 5 for sure. I can appreciate the name "Nightmare Green ", but I'd call "Midnight in the Forest " myself. Either way, great job on an awesome color!
Green is my favorite color so this would be a 5 for me! But I'd be interested in seeing the green replaced with a purple flake with the black betty. You could call it plum crazy nightmare. Shout out to mopar fans
4. It's quite a pale turquoise/teal, which is the intended effect, and it's in line with my type of colour but I prefer a richer colour to contrast against the black. A little more sparkle and it could be "Nightmare Shimmer". I would like to see a royal blue, crimson or centurion purple subtle flip on a deep black base in a similar way to this. Think there was a gold one done last year but again the gold was a little too mooted.
This is very subtle, and the highlights are just gorgeous, so yeah I think you guys nailed it with this one based on the description of being dark and stealthy 😋
The satin almost mate look is great. It also looks like a Green Carbon, Even makes me think of Alien Body Armor from a Sci-Fi film. Love It! Keep Orange Crushing It!
Love how you guys are experimenting with stuff I'd like to see paint shops doing the same as you are! Some want permanent color some don't ! But also paint vs dip is different!
I thought the new ford Blue mix was my favorite, which I think it still is… But this color is coming in a strong second for sure… I love this… for me it’s a total 5…. 👊🏼💯💙
I like it it has a very nice dark green and black that looks great. Would like to see this on grey or even a orange base sounds crazy but I think it would work.
This is a definite 4 from me. More Black Betty (bam a lam) pearl mixes, please. Let's see what some other pearls of various brightnesses do when mixed with Black Betty (bam a lam).
You know what this color reminds me of? The colors you'd see in those gothic action movies from back in the early 2000s. You know, like Underworld, Blade, etc.
*Let me know what you think! Rate this color 1-5* ⏬
It's a 5. All your paint jobs are 5.
5,5
4.65/5 definitely nailed the dark and stealthy and got some green in it, that's a win for me.
Gonna be a one (1 ) for the color..... I am not a fan of green on vehicles. The mixing, the application and the skill I definitely rate a five but I just don't like the color.
5
4.5/5 a layer of candy teal or green would seal it. I’m loving the subtle mixes like this. Also loving the shots where the valleys of the creases of the bodywork are highlights.
Maybe a layer of candy teal or green would help it for me. Car looks like a 90s ford taurus or focus faded black...just not working for me
5. You should do a very dark emerald. These colors are more like an aqua marine. Super glossy emerald would look super sweet.
It's masterfully low key. Most won't even notice but when they do, aww man.
Definite 5. Probably in the top 2 or 3 that I've seen you guys do. I need this on my car. It's still sort of flashy but in a subtle "I don't need your attention" kind of way. I've always considered it cool to have overkill power but not use it to show off and I think this has that vibe.
I miss the "Hey guys it's Fonzie!"
Definitely 5+++ looks amazing! I love how certain dark greens have a greyish look as well, to me it does. I would love to see you guys do a bunch of speed shapes mixing the black pearl with a bunch of higher shifts and see which can become a cool stealth version
Good color. I probably would have named it “sub-marine” because it reminds me of a vessel moving through the dark depths.
Thank you so much for doing a dark combination. This is my new favorite BY FAR! Obviously I am voting a 5 on the freaking awesome totally perfect color. Thank you so very much.
I'd love to see a black pearl and black cherry combo. Should result in a really dark dark red.
I was sitting here thinking the same thing... Black Betty with something like a "midnight red" feel!
Let's hope these guys do the black pearl and black cherry!!!
Definitely a 5. Would love to see how that Swampland green would look over something like a navy blue.
That swampland is an awesome pearl
5/5
The color is amazing, but i honestly believe the shape of a vehicle enhances the overall effect. So having said that, this colour will have a better effect on a sleeker shaped sport car.
Also an interesting project i will like to see is a triple black hpyer gloss with black crystals in the finishing.
Reminds me of Ford Mallard Green which they used in the UK on the Escort Cosworth.
Loved that colour and love this one.
I was going to say exactly the same thing !!👍
I know you said 1-5, but I give it a 10. Beautiful color
Highly glossy finishes usually don't look good over plastic dip. It makes irregularities show up too much.
Amazing color. 5! Brought me back to the old mini truck I had back in the late 80’s. Very VERY similar color. Great times and great job!!
I'm diggin this color!! I give it a 5.
5/5. I watch your videos every week, but have never commented. This has to be the best color and finished result yet.
have you done a black betty pearl with a hypershift color? I feel like that would look incredibly badass
please please please use the _most orange metallic bronze base_ you have and layer a couple few coats of _pink candy_ on top and it should be a real nice surprise result…
I would like to see a car with two diffrent colorshifts on it, one on the top half and a diffrent color on the bottom.
Yeah im going to need a video expanding on this lovely green. Speed shapes with different bases. I think this is the color I’ve been waiting for.
5. This is a winner. The particle size looks so smooth too, that it's not just a '20-footer' judging from the video. Great work guys.
5/5! It's a great color on it's own, and over the lines of this generation Audi, it's perfect!
5/5-- I love how it looks almost matte black in some angles, but then the green kicks in... very cool
Solid 5. This is an amazing sleeper color. Nightmare green for the win!!!!!!
Honestly a 3... the "satinness" of it I like, but I've actually been looking in the site and on UA-cam, I haven't seen a solid black=charcoal grey that has deep deep dark red flakes, like boat flakes. Definitely digging the flash of green and the fade into black. 5 for sure. I was a industrial painter and loved mixing my own color for in-house projects.
5/5
It's like a super-dark teal colour, and I love it.
Stunning colour. Seen something similar before here in ozzy land. When I saw this particular vehicle I was admiring the green but as I walked passed. Large blue flecks caught my eye. U reminded me about this when u mentioned blue. I still give it a 5.
Looks like the Green equivalent of the Deep Crystal Blue of the Mazda.. I love it!! ❤
37/5 This is probably the most perfect color for me (well, outside of regular ol' black) that I've seen so far! I LOVE THIS!!!!
It has a Dark Metallic Teal feel to it.. Which I love! 5/5!
Definitely a 5. Especially love the subtle flashes of midnight blue and deep almost teal green.
That turned out to be a very 90s looking green with a touch of flair, very cool stuff
Love it. 5 for me all day. Try the same mix on a dark gray base and see what happens. I promise you'll love it even more than this one
Love it solid 9 /5 it's got that solid low color to the point where anything that's black it just slightly shimmers it just ridiculously dark the green popped just to touch and on the top side of the blue touch is just a bit smoother than normal awesome all the way across nailed stealthy look

Wahhhouu, i love so so much, she's very nervious, and this gorgeous paint !! the mix of pigments is perfectly ! very amazing RS6.
Heey, that's the color of my 1992 Volvo 960, dark green, with a tiny bit of color shifting, this came out awesome. I love when it looks kinda black, and when you pass by it shows a little green, and when you turm your head to catch another glimpse, it's black again. --5--
Hard 5 - this could be an OEM color. Wow is it beautiful! This would look great on anything British.
Solid 5 for sure. This color suites the RS6 so well!
I would rate this a 5. Love the subtleness of the green while maintaining the almost black color.
I'd be so interested to see this with a red powder instead of a green. Looking to do my bike and it's black and red
Same!
Love it. 5* reminds me of the color of my Abarth. "Verde Azurro". Awesome color.
This car looks good. The finish looks deep and the dog introduction of the green is awesome. I'd have to make the accents hi gloss to contrast the satin finish but that's not what the video is about. It's also a great base for a custom graphic since it's subtle but not boring. Another great video.
Not dog, soft. The soft introduction of the green
4.7 I'm not the biggest fan of green but I really like certain shades of it. When the right shade of green is picked it looks so good.
Solid 5. Really like this look a lot. The green is subtle. I see more blue at certain angles. Would definitely consider this for my own car
Color - Absolute 5/5!! Love it!! ...well boys, I think I know what's going on my E34!! time to start a paint fund! lol 😁
Green is my favorite color so this would be a 5 for me! But I'd be interested in seeing the green replaced with a purple flake with the black betty. You could call it plum crazy nightmare. Shout out to mopar fans

With those black wheels it looks phenomenal. I give it a 5. I'd like to repaint my SAAB 9-3 in that color.
This is very subtle, and the highlights are just gorgeous, so yeah I think you guys nailed it with this one based on the description of being dark and stealthy 😋
A gorgeous satin sheen,
I love the way that it looks,
I'm gonna call this colour nightmare green,
'Cos it looks so mean.
Fonzie spitting bars.
The satin almost mate look is great. It also looks like a Green Carbon, Even makes me think of Alien Body Armor from a Sci-Fi film. Love It! Keep Orange Crushing It!

Definitely a 5! Which is so cool because it looks almost like the nail polish I am wearing! 😁
Nice color. I give it a 4.5 Nightmare Green is a great name, the color brings to mind thalassophobia.
5, It looks great. Like a darker hunter green, just in time for hunting season.
Definitely a 5 for color🤙🏽 10 for the prep and application!! You guys got it down to a science and are great at it! Keep it coming!
10/5 Man, if I ever dip my car im definitely going with Nightmare Green.
Most definitely a 5. Gorgeous color
5 All Day!! This pearl combo is Bananas!!
4.5 freaking love it. The contrast as you move is awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 😎. Please try it on a lighter base. Will love to see the difference
5! Absolutely! This needs to go on my truck.
I like it it has a very nice dark green and black that looks great. Would like to see this on grey or even a orange base sounds crazy but I think it would work.
The color is LODEN! It's gorgeous!!!
5. Awesome. Unlike many of your amazing colors, this is something I would consider putting on my own car. Thank you kindly.
I'm pleasantly surprised the Black Betty didn't overwhelm the green more than it did. Very nice color! 🙂
Omg yes 4.5. I wanna see it with some gloss top coat and help bring out some more sparkle.
5! The Black Betty really toned down the shine… it almost looks like a satin finish. Think I would have named it “Swamp Gas”. 😉
Oh I like this. It's definitely a contender if I find out I don't like the matte pluto midnight flip I keep asking for.
5, dang I like that. That might be worth buying the whole setup to try out!
Es un 5 , una pintura muy hermosa ! Los trabajos que hacen son geniales
Awesome color, l give it a 5. Would love to see this combination with purple.
5. dope. love the hint of green on black. looks great.
My man keep up the good work, the body is showing, keep pushing
As much as I do not really like green, this looks absolutely stunning! 5+++
My fav so far, classy and understated but still edgy. Perfect for the Audi.
5
I personally prefer bright colors but if you are going for Dark this is one of the good ones.
Beautiful color. Would love to see a combination with the Black Betty and a deep red pearl
A 5 absolutely. I'm thinking this needs to be on my van.
That's a definite 5. Great combination.
5... this turned out perfect. Does not need anything... 😊
Another kick ass color 5+
Swamp Betty Green.
another awesome job! this reminds my somewhat of cosmic gray mica which was a color put on the Toyota Camry in 2013 I believe. nice job
This is a definite 4 from me. More Black Betty (bam a lam) pearl mixes, please. Let's see what some other pearls of various brightnesses do when mixed with Black Betty (bam a lam).
If you turn the powder holder around with the tall back in front you can tip it without it coming as close to spoiling
5 its cool that the black highlights dance in the shade 5 x2 awesome presence
5 without doubt!!!! Gorgeous!!
I love it. That looks awesome. Great job.
And I also agree with Spencer Thomas , a dark emerald green pearl with a full gloss would be killer
I'm in at 5, color and flop looks great the sheen is just right
You know what this color reminds me of? The colors you'd see in those gothic action movies from back in the early 2000s. You know, like Underworld, Blade, etc.
finally a black to blue green... I would have e done this with zombie. Thanks for the idea DYC
