Funniest story i read about her was that she had a prince from saudi arabia visit and they dont allow women to drive and up rocks the queen in her own car and took him on some break neck speed journey to prove to him women could drive lol. Apparently the guy was terrified.

Result. Women are now allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia. One of the first the Queen did after she was crowned. Was to stop the Debutante Balls, which the daughters of aristocracy and very rich were presented to the sovereign, and then had a Ball. It was really just a marriage market for the rich.

I love to picture her driving around the grounds of Buckingham Palace like Colin McRae, listening to The Prodigy, with some hideous Saudi billionaire despot flying around the backseat and her just cackling away.
That's probably not how it actually happened, but you can't prove that it wasn't.

One thing that someone pointed out in another video I watched, which i'd never really thoughts about. Was what made the Queen different from other leaders was was she had no ego. She didn't have to prove anything so could be herself and that made everyone around her feel at ease. She was chatting to some tourists who didn't recognise her in her head scarf. One asked 'have you met the Queen she has a holiday home round here. Quick as a flash and pointing to her police gaurd she said 'No I haven't but he has'

The late Queen had a wicked sense of humour and was a good mimic. On one visit, to a cattle breeding station, she noticed a strange piece of equipment and asked what it was. The chairman blushed slightly and said,, 'It is an artificial cow vagina ma'am.' Her Majesty looked up at him, smiled and said, 'Well, if I ask a silly question......' Once, when talking to one of her ambassadors, he was usually increasingly complicated language to describe the head of state that he was posted to. The Queen stopped him and said, 'Are you trying to tell me that he's barking mad?'

I myself have never been a staunch royalist but I have always thought it was better to have consistent National leader than somebody who may come and go. The Royal family are not perfect but we have them. I did have Republican tendencies but I think just imagine having a President like Trump, Biden, Bush jr, Boris Johnson or Thatcher as supreme leader.

The parachute jump was at the London Olympics 2012 and it was just mind blowing. In a more gentle way she topped it with the Paddington Bear sketch as it was at her Platinum Jubilee Party in June. Yes just 3 months ago.
The queen God bless her was renowned for her sense of humour and she used it to make people relax and feel at ease around her. She could talk to someone and make them feel only they existed. Quite a remarkable ability in a global leader. Her success was she always laughed at herself or at a situation never at others. Reagan loved her.
And she died just 2 days after carrying out her constitutional duty and appointing her 15th UK Prime Minister. We saw pictures of her and yes she looked frail but to hear she declined so quickly and then was gone was pretty devastating for us Brits.
To show how much she is loved there is now a queue 5 miles long winding along the Thames of people waiting to pay their last respects to her as she lays in state in Westminster Hall.

You should look for the full Paddington Bear sketch. It was for the jubilee celebrations. It’s really worth watching. The bit at the end that you didn’t see linked into the party outside. The great thing about the bond and the Paddington sketch was NONE of her family knew.until they saw it on the screens with everyone else. They where wondering who was playing the Queen then saw it was herself.

The oft told story goes that during an annual break at Balmoral, she one day went for a walk accompanied as usual by her personal bodyguard. Along the way she encountered an American tourist and a conversation ensued. "Have you ever met the Queen?" The tourist asked her. "No, but he has" she replied pointing to her bodyguard. The American, excited that he'd met someone who had met the Queen, asked her if she minded taking a picture with his camera of him with her bodyguard. She duly obliged and then asked the tourist if he'd take a photo of her and her bodyguard - which he did. They then went their separate ways. She wished she could have been a fly on the wall when he showed his developed photos and someone pointed out to him he'd been in the Queen's presence all along.

I don't expect Canadians to closely "follow" the British monarchy but considering the British Queen/reigning monarch is on Canadian money and is the head of state in Canada, and that the Canadian armed forces swear allegiance to the reigning monarch and not the Canadian Prime Minister/Parliament that Canadians don't take _slightly_ more interest in constitutional matters and who rules over them and where power resides or can be exercised.

Recently, via a number of forums/media outlets, I have pointed out that, according to The Bible, the recently departed Queen of England will not be allowed to enter heaven because she is a very rich person and Jesus made it quite clear that rich people will not be welcomed in heaven. Now, this information upset a lot of people, and a number replied with comments such as “She didn’t choose to be Queen”, “She’s not really rich” and even that Jesus didn’t really mean what he said. Well, just for moment, let’s consider just how rich the Queen (and now Charles) really was. Now, she had the largest PRIVATE art collection in the world ( this is hers, and not the states ), and it is valued at 10 billion pounds. Now, that’s just a figure and so let’s put it into some sort of perspective. If that collection was sold, Charles could then donate a million pounds (£1,000,000) to a different charity every week for the next 192 years. Now, ask yourself, was the Queen really rich? And, is having that much money even moral? And, in particular, for a person who is the head of The Church of England. I don't think Jesus will be impressed. You reap what you sow.
