Lol I've been doing leg presses for weeks but feeling my hips pop in the bottom of the movement so I knew something was wrong with my form! Good timing too, today is my leg HAHAHA glad I looked up "leg press form" and came across this new video. Very insightful and Ima put this to use today
@@GorillaandSheCoaching Yeah I did! The towel method gave me the cue if my hips would rotate upwards in the eccentric like you explained. Didn't feel my hips making pop sounds and was a awesome leg day for me in awhile! Thanks coach!
