Same windshield and rear window including the trunk opening. Interior wise, same door panels including buttons and all. Dashboard has the same structure in terms of where the air vents go and overall shape. New engines though. Same dims overall especially wheelbase. Not to mention the same platform. Toyota is profiting a lot while Honda actually provided a new Accord generation
NOTE: Basic model has just one LED light per side while the higher models have TWO stacked lights per side. I would definitely prefer the basic 16” wheels. Low profile tires are a negative for 95% of driving.

Toyota Camry is indestructible. Honda accord is a worthy opponent. They're both amazing in their own slightly different ways. Honda accord drives better. Toyota built slightly better and slightly more comfortable.

Softer ride bound to take pot holes better with less chance of bending a wheel or popping a tire. cheaper to replace tires too! Good choice.
