Love using niacinamide in my routine (although I'm a lot older than you) but it's great for anti-ageing as well as tightening the pores. I use caffeine from The Ordinary for the dark circles under my eyes. Within just over a month they were gone. And they were BLACK. I mean big black semi circles. Couldn't believe the difference it made for such a low price. You should try that maybe instead of the ole henrikkson - it's quite pricey I think from what I remember.
Be careful with eye cream. I noticed in your close up you have some bumps under you eyes, typically that’s caused by oversaturating the undereye area that has very different texture. Try a cooling hydrating eye gel eye cream, and only a tiny bit. Texture should lessen too.

You can't actually tighten your pores
