Hi Jamie Jo your videos have helped me learn about controlling my curly hair :) i know now the type of curly hair i have and i am styling it with love and finally enjoying my curly hair.
I am over 60 years of age and i have had the best and worst hairdressers who had no idea about looking after or styling my hair often i would cry silently whilst still sitting in the chair .Thank you again Jayme Jo i now love my curly hair and proud to be a curly girl (woman) :) i know what brush to use and styling products And my curls are looking healthy and define and most of all i am not losing hair . God bless you and thank you for all your videos.

omg your hair is gorgeous. I literally can't find a good product for my hair. also could you possibly do a video on hair growth cuz I just cut my hair and when it dries it shrinks to above my shoulders and I'm not a big fan of it lol.
You should try liquid biotin. I really helped my hair grow fast.
Same for me .. I bought an expensive hair product but it contains alcohool and silicone .. and it made my hair freezier .. that's why I decided not to use any hair product .. and it works for me
I have all of them except a teasing brush. Might need to check it out! Also i agree that headbands are soo good, i feel like they’re very underrated!

Thanks for showing the Denman brush. I used it how you used it in a past video and loved it! ☺️ I like your hair parted to the side btw!
I wanted to buy a denman brush until i found out that it was like 20$-30$ and sometimes more! Sooo what I did was a took a regular paddle brush i had and cut off the little ball tips at the top of the bristles (cuz apparently thats what pulls on the hair and causes breakage). And OMG IT WORKED!! I detangled and styled with it and it LITERALLY MADE MY HAIR DEFINED AND CURLIER!!! I think everyone needs to know this before going out and buying the denman brush! Idk if it just worked for me but I just put a product and styled and it legit worked.

Does the dryer have the option to let the cool shot activated instead of having the finger on the button? I hate diffusing even though my hair takes like 3-4 hours to air dry but I may reconsider that hehe also I will get a satin pillowcase (not silk, vegan-ish curly here hehe) big love from Spain! 😘

If you use a rat tooth comb you can slide it though the brush and pull up which will get all of the hair out ! 😊

Same. For me it seems, the fact that my hair is separated into curls instead of being one mass helps to prevent it from tangling because each spiral is just there minding its own business.

Love your channel!!! I've got 3b curls and always been told NOT to use a hair brush on curls, only large toothed combs. Is this something you considered before using brushes? If so, why did you decide to go against this common curly hair advice?

I just found your channel!!! Love it! I have a question? I started the curly girl method and am washing my hair but about two-three times a week but I have a lot of hair loss each time I do. My hair is getting thinner and thinner. Is it the wet brush I am using or is that normal?
I think you dont need to wash more than 2 times max! Thats no good! Are you usuing the brush I talked about?
It’s a wet brush but a lot of the hair is shedding in the shower when I am showering.

My hair gets stuck in those hairties and scrunchies anyway...i use invisibobbles...you can get tiny ones now.
