We LOVE Hilton Head as well! I’ve been going there since I was a kid.
I don’t think you will see many children at Ela’s due to the type of restaurant it is; however, I saw a family bring a young child while we were there. They sat outside, which is probably a better place to sit if you do bring kids (because noise isn’t as much of an issue outside and the kids would love the view and watching the boats.) There are so many other places that are more kid-friendly, but if you wanted to eat here and didn’t have anyone to watch kids, you could definitely bring them and it would be fine. It really is neat to eat outside for the view!
