A step by step video was much needed, and I feel better knowing you're in the process of growing your own start-up. Taking advice from those guru growth coaches never feels trustworthy (or free!).
Hannah!!! You've GOT this!!! Just start small and keep it a side hustle! Don't feel the urgency to go huge - why not walk before you run? Set aside a few hours a week to hit small goals and iterate over a year before you make any bigger calls!

Wow pausing about half way into the video and already felt like twice the video length worth of information. You kept the intro short and sweet, and then started to deliver love it.
But in my personal adventure for my sign spinning gig. I have 2 potential leads both in the same industry and neighboring businesses. Which leads to the question, what if they're competitors?
How do I navigate this tightrope with 2 businesses that I could both do business with as my service is event specific and not have the other one want to destroy my anchor points causing me to lose both of them?

13:30 Don't get me wrong but if you have PMF, most of the rest is not an issue anymore and you're most likely also beyond raising a seed unless you've either been extremely lucky and instantly had it on your first product version or done **very** extensive research before.

How important is it to have business plan, cash flow forecast etc as separate documents?
Should just a pitch deck that touch on business plan and cash flow suffice when approaching the investors? Particularly for a pre seed/ seed level startup?

Can I raise money without having the product? In Shark Tank they always come up with a final product but what I have now is just drawings of what I want the product to be
Ideally you at least have a prototype with some traction!
