Thank you Lenny and Todd for the pod Found the 4Ps framework and the 3 levers incredibly useful. Loved the customer discovery improv bit, however imo balancing the right promise is extremely challenging, you can of course over promise to get the demand and fail at delivery. (But Todd has rightly mentioned solve for satisfaction at level 1) Also watching recordings is a great way to see real signals. All the best to all the founders working towards value creation!
@@CoachHavillah you are absolutely right. The best part is that it is very consistent in terms of bringing new information without being redundant till the very end of the podcast. Hats off to Lenny and team.
Thank you Lenny for doing this. I would love to see a similar breakdown for B2C products especially the metrics, wonder if there is an episode on the channel for this.
Love this podcast; it's really insightful with great examples! It would be great if there were visuals to explain key takeaways, such as the 4 stages (nascent, developing, strong, and extreme) or the levers (4Ps). Visuals help retain knowledge.
Having listened to the first ~32 minutes, the common thread with all the examples given so far is that they have access to capital to fund their ideas and teams-not just a little capital, but hundreds of thousands of dollars that kept them going through the tough times. I'm not hearing stories about people from blue collar background.
Thank you Lenny and Todd for the pod

A key takeaway for entrepreneurs is that PMF isn't static; it's a continuous process where feedback loops and iteration are crucial.
Lenny, this is extremely valuable. This podcast has set the bar for the highest value derived per second. Thank you!
I agree fully with you! I have watched the first 27 minutes and it is amazing! The speaker is so clear and precise!

How good are those people that they offer $5000 course for free. Wish you all the best.
This is normal when your skill makes you rich not the courses you can sell. Have you ever seen a real billionaire selling courses?
I searched for the content he was mentioning and is amazing and very valuable, thanks for that quality of speakers.

Agreed. It would help if the visuals are shown in the video itself.

Excellent interview and advice!
O found PMF and have sold my product but what do I do if I have no access to capital?
