LOVE this stitch! Thank you for a great video ;) I'm now making a headband in 2 Fall colors, looks really cool. I think I just found a new stitch to get hooked on ;)
Taylor Malinowski it just depends on the size of the blanket. You just need an odd number starting chain for this one, so I would just do the chain how big you want the blanket to be.
@@CynnyCyn , HI , I just saw your question & thought I'll have a go at doing this stitch in reverse & see if it works , Hmmm, Yes it does , just do the long stitch then the middle stitch & last the sc stitch & pull through all 7 loops . worked for me .
Yeah definitely, it would be easy on the sc rows, then just add extra single crochets to the end of the rows with wings until you have enough space below for an extra wing. You can also off set the wings if you want so they are not all in straight lines. Kind of like what I did on my spike clusters pattern.
@@Shesstitchin would I just add 2 single crochet at the ends? I'm not overly experienced in the crochet world but want to make somthing I think my mil will love
pin.it/5OpvBIP So I was researching a little and this pattern seems to be the easiest. The Hdc probably helps the shape a bit. So you would just do the Angel row instead of a single row of sc.
cannot hear you!!! if you could make your speaking the volume of the music that would be great!d 2nd in working the angel st, in 1st sc, you interchange the st & then space! but it looks like you're ONLY going into st in 1st st, & in sps of the 2 other parts! I think you've got the words saying 2 different things in 2 different places 2! plus white print so tiny it's really hard to see when all you have is .mobile & old eyes! I really hope the patterns will be on blog, I can't do the vids as is. sorry. I do like to watch them learning new stitches but useless if I can't hear & you're doing & saying & writing things that aren't matching up! :'( thx btw I did try to find a newsletter sub to get them emailed but couldn't find one :( oh you also say on vid writing add chain, but in written in description you say even!
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. There is a link in the description area that should take you to my word press blog. There are only two patterns there so far. As to the hook placement I’m sorry for saying two things. On the first row, you go under the front and back loops as normal, but on the rows below you go between the stitches.
I think this ones my favorite!!
Love this stitch, starting on a king size blanket with it!

I just started crocheting back in January, I doing this one for my Mom. Thanks for sharing
This has been very helpful. Thank you very much.
Very pretty! Can this be turned into a blanket or Afghan?
Yes! Just start with an even numbered chain howeve long you would like. I’ve also used just one row of it to dress up something that was plain.
Beautiful ☺️
Thank you!
Beautiful stitch 😍
Thank you!
Just curious what would you all make your starting chain for a baby blanket? Still new to crocheting

Is it possible to make the angel wings touch? For example, to make them look like a set of angel wings instead of just one wing.
It’s definitely in the works!!
Oh goody, I’ll keep my eyes out for the video.

Hi can I ask if it would be possible to do increase on this stitch? I'd love to make a poncho with this stitch?

For the starting chain- it should be odd, but the amount of single crochet should be even.
