I just Love Ok K.O Rad has a well good character development And The Steve Universe And Ok K.O creators are together and close Friends which is cute! ^^
Freezing Popo I adore that episode since I love how hilarious Boxman and Dr blight act in that episode 😂 plus the cheesiness of Captain Planet mixes well with this show
I think I'm the only one that agrees that OK KO is better than Steven Universe. Don't get me wrong I like Steven Universe but I gravitate to more Simplistic Cartoons and shows. like Hey Arnold
That's because Steven Universe is alright but sometimes there isn't a big payoff and there is quite a bit of filler. KO has filler but that usually expands upon the characters and lets them grow.
OK KO is somewhat of a mixed bag for me.The episodes are either really good or mediocre. Sometimes i feel like they try to push a moral or message to hard, the art can be inconsitent or at times the humour feels bland. But OK KO does way more good than bad and they are only in their first season, there is enough room for improvement and refinement of the show. Really like it, close to loving it.
5:35 Fun fact! The minor character with the pink hair is named Shadamy. She's a hyperactive girl who loves romance, but is has a mischievous dark side. Very subtle, showrunners.
8:58 I believe it is meant to be an allusion or homage to Lord of The Rings or at least a meme that spawned off of it involving "Casting (insert undesirable object here) back into the fires of which it was created".
Rad is actually one of my favourite characters (actually there's no character that I don't love in this show ♡). While I get the feeling that many people don't like him, I really appreciate how at first he comes of as arrogant and is sometimes an asshole, but he never really has any ill intent. And as we get to see more if him he really develops through his and KO's friendship.
5:35 That girl in the back is named Shadamy, named after the Sonic ship of Shadow the Hedgehog and Amy Rose. If you look at her, you can tell she looks a lot like Shadow and Amy.
This kinda hits home with me because Hollywood stereotypes my people into people who only know the word Ya'll and will only eat Gumbo and drink Iced Tea. Yes I'm Southern. Deal with it.
I knew ok ko would have a great future the very first time I saw the pilot. that show will become the future of cartoon network just as chowder did and Ben 10 did and adventure time did and as the amazing world of gumball did and as Steven universe did.
Man, this show has a lot of golden episodes- Epscially this one. There's a lot of character development put throughout the whole episode and character development is always nice. It really is an underrated episode and i think people should talk about it more. I honestly think ok k.o gets less credit than it deserves and more people need to be into this show. Its definitely worth watching.
Parent’s Day is probably my favorite so far. I like this one, too. The only episode I can think of off the top of my head that I really dislike is You Are Rad.
Also, the episode that made me love this show was "My Fair Carol"...I kinda came into the fanbase a little late because I didn't watch this show at first because I didn't think I'd like it but now I love it
Ok Ko was an awesome show, I started watching the entire episode 2 days ago and my statement, it was freakin incredible and also I saw the gameplay of Ok Ko was great, is almost the resemble of the Steven Universe game which I like, and all n all it was fantastic to see it and I can wait to see another episode to know what happens next. Ok Ko gives a 9/10 really good and really great 👍
Please Review The Power of Four So You Can Talk About Part 3 and 4(Which Were in Your Top 10 Worst Episodes List) and Part 5(Which was in Your Top 10 Best Episodes List).
I thought the volcano scene was meant to symbolize Rad retiring and moving on from this whole incident while using OK KO's usual goofy brand of comedy.
Recently nickelodeon released a cartoon based on one of the dan schneider sitcoms Henry danger, I was thinking that you should do a review on one of the episodes! (P.S. the show isn't that good)
I'm an animation student, and if anyone knows or is an animator (or maybe even another firm of artist) a lot of times shows can be spoiled for them if they don't like the art style or general animation My professor can't watch rick and MortyMy classmate can't watch bobs burgers And I enjoy thouse shows despite all thatBut I think I finally found my showI really don't this new art style they used. I haven't heard much opinion on the animation though
I cant stand it honestly. It also just feels a little too stilted to catch my attention. The characters feel so lifeless when i watch. I couldnt stand Clarence but I managed to get over that style. No matter how much I try. OKKO irks me.
I just watched this episode yesterday. The thing I loved about it the most was how Ian Jones-Quartey-I mean, Radicles, faced the stereotypical character roles of Hollywood, and he was recast in Alien Attack because he didn't want to do the stereotypical alien stuff. I am sure Viola Davis could relate to this because she regrets acting in The Help for the same reasons. Despite Ian Jones-Quartey not being the same kind of actor as Viola, he probably knows how she feels since they are both black actors and it is tough for them to get good roles anywhere. The fact that this was important news to announce following George Floyd riots 2 years after Viola Davis originally said she regretted The Help (in 2018) also reminds me of another unfortunate coincidence for OK KO's casting - Enid Mettle is black and she has a white voice actress. Despite OK KO ending in 2019, I always wanted to know if Ian Jones-Quartey felt any differently about that following George Floyd protests. In Central Park it somehow wasn't okay for the all-white Kristen Bell to voice the half-white Molly Tillerman, yet it was okay the other way around for the half-white Daveed Diggs to voice the all-white Helen. However, Central Park has a white creator, Loren Bouchard, and it might be more permissible in OK KO since Ian Jones-Quartey is a black creator. While we can not be sure if Ian Jones-Quartey would say what Viola Davis said about his whole life being a protest, since he is not a professional actor like her, it was probably hard for him to get a job as a black cartoonist at Cartoon Network before 2017. Yeahhhh, they’re more than “close friends”
The episode that made me love OK K.O. was the one with Captain Planet in it.
Neat!
Freezing Popo I adore that episode since I love how hilarious Boxman and Dr blight act in that episode 😂 plus the cheesiness of Captain Planet mixes well with this show
I love how Lord Boxman just pokes at the fact they want to destroy the world even though they live on the world
I LOVED this one. But my favorite part of this show will always be... the theme song.
I think I'm the only one that agrees that OK KO is better than Steven Universe. Don't get me wrong I like Steven Universe but I gravitate to more Simplistic Cartoons and shows. like Hey Arnold
OK K.O. Is loads better than Steven Universe. Because Steven Universe is horrible.
Meh, I don't like Steven Universe. Though I wouldn't call it horrible.
That's because Steven Universe is alright but sometimes there isn't a big payoff and there is quite a bit of filler. KO has filler but that usually expands upon the characters and lets them grow.

You're welcome. There's a really good body called Steven Universe with a pinch of salt that's a good watch.

I wish this aged like fine wine instead of milk. The show was gone too soon
I remember this episode.
I like it because it isn’t too...
Insane. Like everything, to faces and stuff, just changing repeatedly.
I really like this episode called "Everybody Likes Rad?" This is also the REAL reason why I always disliked internet memes.
Man, this show has a lot of golden episodes-

Wow people who do stuff for attention reminds me of a certain UA-camr that everyone got mad at a while ago.
You should review "Chalk Graffiti" from Pickle and Peanut. I promise you, it's the best episode of the series.
I noticed it at first viewing, why on earth does that director have three layers of teeth?
I miss Kid Goku K.O :(
I already love ok ko
The show is awesome
Agreed!
Parent’s Day is probably my favorite so far. I like this one, too. The only episode I can think of off the top of my head that I really dislike is You Are Rad.
I liked the episode "you're everybody's sidekick" and I think that's what kept me into this show...also the prom
I'm not sure how I feel about the art style :o the more I see it the more I grow to like it
